  1. ill most likely have the charcoal and possibly some meat and condiments.
  2. technocolor heartburn? just kidding man, looks like it could be something.
  3. that will be the weekend directly after my next treatment, i doubt that ill be in any shape to do much that weekend. especially speedball, i would be worthless at that anyway.
  4. my thoughts exactly, might make it a lot easier to get studs...
  5. that sounds like an idea, i can talk to my machinist about that and see if that would be worthwhile.
  6. soo looks like you will be able, sweet, and good luck with the games man.
  7. just watched a movie about the baja 1000, dust to glory, and it got me thinking, has anyone run a subaru in that race? i know that there are classes for everything from dirt bikes and trophy trucks to bone stock vw bugs, makes me think about what it would take to get a suby into the race and what it would take to finish. kinda think it would be fun.
  8. i think ill only stop trying to play with the ea82t when people stop saying that it cant be done, kinda one of those doing it out of spite things for me, that and i dont like people telling me that i cant do something. i feel that there is potential for something good with those engines, but i know its not going to be cheap or easy, but thats the fun of it, doing something that hasnt been done or that isnt very common.
  9. i was thinking about a td05 for when i build my ea82t, but thats a long way down the road. as long as you keep the boost down a bit, that turbo should be fine, even at lower boost, you should make more power due to the larger flow rates. also make sure that you keep your fuel system up to par with what ever turboyou run.

it was nothing but a subaru race, the tiburon didnt have a chance and the evos were just sad. pity they dont show the rest of the racing that leads up to the super special.i think there was qualifying and such, at least in the previews they were showing a lot more than the 10 cars that ran. on a side note, boy did the skate boarding part suck, wtf is with the one fall and its over bs? that was so lame.
  11. sweetness, more than one svx:banana: dont think ill be able to have my brat ready by then though at least ill have the impreza.
  12. looking great connie:banana:
  13. wanna come down to help me patch the holes in the floor of my brat? looking much better, keep ip the good work and good luck with gettign it all under control.

looks like the rally segment of the x-games is today, i think it starts around 3pm east coast time. ooohh, i cant wait, lol:banana:
  15. last time i checked the dealer for any replacment metal for my brat, they laughed at me. said that there hasnt been anything in stock state side for years. then again my local dealer sucks out loud.
  16. if its a stock engine, non turbo, i probably wouldnt go much larger than 2.25" piping, you do want a little bit of back pressure in a non turbo setup./
  17. get a bottle of crc garanteed to pass, gtp is good stuff. dump it in a full tank, run it through and then fill up with good quality gas before you run it in for emmisions.
  18. ive seen a few mini trucks that were duallies, would be nifty to see a brat done up like that with the fender flairs and such. id rock that out, but im content with my pugs and wide nitto tires:burnout:
  19. i use both actually, but as far as the rust breaking part, i really havent used deep creek much for that yet, lol. i guess ive been using blaster too long to want to try other stuffs for breaking rusted bolts loose.
  20. i dont have much advice other than use pb blaster instead of wd-40, wd-40 is water compaired to pb blaster
  21. yeah, its a fuel damper, the regulator is usually under the hood on the manifold or the fuel rail, depending on what engine.
  22. shhhh! if i keep telling myself, one day ill believe it:lol: . but seriously, i do drive a lot better than the rest of the people in the dc metro area, sadly enough. i love it cause driving the speed limit angers a vast majority of the other people on the road around here. i love angering stupid people, its funny to watch their faces cause im not driving like a retard.
  23. i took the backing plate out on my impreza long ago. granted, mine is a 2000 impreza, so i dont have a maf. thats why i am able to run my air filter right off of the throttle body under the hood scoop. the only time ive ever had any problems was when i was at highway speeds directly behind a semi truck in rain so hard that i could barely see past my hood. then all i got was a check engine light saying that my cats werent working as well as they should.
  24. i honestly prefer closed courses as well, but unfortunatly, thats not very easily accomplish for me, granted, summit point is only about 35 minutes away, but that requires a lot more money that i have to spend. i might drive spiritedly in the hills, but i keep the car in control and dont get to excessive speeds, and i always slow down when ever there are other cars on the road. one of the main reason is really only drive the hills at night, you can see the other cars on the road a lot farther away from the lights. the real trick is avoiding deer though. granted, they dont like the sounds of a quick rev in nuetral, especially with a turboed car with a bov. im not trying to sounds like some type of ricer that drives like an idiot, i dont street race, i drive at the speed limits, i just happen to love the twisties but i always keep the car under control and drive within reason. i like to have fun, what can i say.
  25. needs more cowbell http://dontfearthecowbell.ytmnd.com/ and yeah, lets do this and have some fun this year.
