Hey everyone, got a paint question here. I want to paint the rear chrome bumper on my Dakota black. I dont want to have paint start flaking off after a month or two. What is the best way to prep the chrome to paint over? What would the best paint be to use for this? I will be doing it with rattle can of course. Thanks for any info!

Hmmm....This is going to be a harder decision than I thought! I am leaning more towards the EA82 now that I am reading your posts because I am also thinking ahead about winter and what kind of issues I will have to get through to get to work(snow and what-not). I also miss my old 86 GL Wagon. Decisions, decisions..... I really do appreciate all of the input I am getting though!
