  1. actually you will need the NA axles that come with the NA trans...front ones only tho. The rears are the same regardless. 23 spline count for the NA and all autos, and 25 for Turbo 5MT FT4WD, 4WD, and XT Turbo 2WD and 4WD and FT4WD
  2. The filters threads are the same....I can sell you one...but i cannot garuntee 100% that the gasket surfaces will line up 100%....the next time I am at NAPA I will look at the suby filter vs the one they call for the corolla.
  3. Get a flange for a TD04 and weld it on.
  4. Coolness. I *may* be added to the list if I can find one cheap...and it will be after i throw the car on the dyno with the stock turbo and full TWE exhaust...spyder intake and large TB...and possibly cams.
  5. they should have more soon....cant reveal my sources...hehehe....cuz after the dealer sells out fo the 8 they are supposed to get in next time....*I* will stock them myself again.
  6. search for any and all posts made be ME, the GREAT WJM, and you will find all you need to know! :-p Seriously...just search around here....alot of info here.
  7. RX's came standard with LSDs in the rear. Everything else was OPTIONAL. Mostly....85 and up you find LSDs on. oh and I dont know if the front and rear internal diffs themselves are the same.
  8. Has a new ultra high flow filter. The plugs that are in it are racing plugs....i guess later this week when i get to the car stuff...I will pull the plugs cap rotor and coil and see whats what.
  9. on the pre maf cars....you can unplug the overboost switch/sensor. MUHHUHAHAHAH!!!!!
  10. Under high boost...it will do it sporatically. Mid range and up...unpredictable...until you get to 5200-5500 then it starts and thats it, no power, missfiring all the way, shift....missfires wierdly...let of for a few seconds....then goes until that RPM range again. Low boost...anything past 5800 and its that same sutuation. NGK racing plugs about 10k miles old....Accell SS Chrom coil about 2 years old...wires about 6 months old. WRX TMIC Intake/exhaust 16 PSI max boost stock internals 'bout 26 deg timing advance oil cooling system thick rad and racing coolant and...some little things here and there. Im thinking ignition related....how about ya'll??
  11. ive had my accell for about 2 years now....i wonder whats causing my weird missfire at high RPMS and/or high boost.....
  12. There are pics floating around.... Better TO have one on a turbo car....there is a built in thermostat that opens at 180*....so the oil is kept at proper operating temp for a turbo car. In an NA....i would leave it alone...unless you are using it as an all out road racing NA engine. It did not seem to affect oil flow the times I have used it.
  13. Ive done it...the DOJs at least dont make any noise. Never did this to a CV tho.
  14. they have two in stock right now. Call 1-704-536-9635 ask for the parts department....then ask for one of the old school Oil cooler adapters (part# EA82OCA i think, under SU aka SUBARU)). They will ship UPS. They accept all major credit cards I believe.
  15. sounds like a bad mount somewhere abouts the drivetrain....sheck all over the trans engine and ****er stuffs and see what you can find. Mine is nice and tight. Install a recirc valve ASAP if you are driving really hard. Otherwise...say bye bye turbo somewhat sooner than later.
  16. Tru dat. But then again...ive got NGK racing plugs in mine.
  17. Thats the way to do it. Just be carful not to damage the balls and cages...its easy to NOT damage them...but still easy at the same time. DOn bother trying to replace the parts...unless they are trashed. If then...just get a JY axle and try again. Thats what I do.
  18. the adapter. I think i DO have an extra MAF or 3....lol
  19. or take the whole CV apart and service it correctly. :-p
