  1. well they did until i must have shorted something out , also the speedo jumps around ,
  2. yes , the funny thing is when u turn off the lights the dash lights come on
  3. my brother-in-laws 95 subaru legacy L a/t awd 2.2 wagon , dash lights are out , nothing broken , blinkers work , dim/ brights, checked all fuses, would it be the switch or cluster, ? something else ,thanks
  4. make sure the cap is tight aleast 4-5 clicks , if it's a vacuum pop hood listern and look for loose hose ,spray carb cleaner around all vacuum lines and see if it affects anything
  5. i used a straight piece, thinking 5/16, same as power steering hose,
  6. more options + ground clearnce on the outback , verse the brighton
  7. sorry no pics, i always take it off clean it with a old tooth brush ,or small wire brush,
  8. there should be slots where the end of the rods fit into , tighten the bolts or wing nuts,
  9. i got my support struts off of ebay and work great 40 bucks included shipping and still on car 2 years , sorry to hear napa is buying parts from china
  10. this is not a answer, i have a larger camper also i borrow a truck now to pull my camper ,
  11. yes in pairs , after taking the tire off ,found the caliper just sitting there , no pads ,no bolts, no more noise, thanks
  12. wife stated bad noise coming from back when brakes were applied , when i bought the car the owner before me stated he broke a caliper bolt, so finally after 6,000 mi i changed the passanger side rear only new loaded caliper new rotor , yes should change other side , and will but pretty cold out , bleed the brakes , everything went on great,[ yes older caliper was junk along with pads , rotor] now brakes seem alittle low , not bad , but could be better , thinking that since i only changed the one side this might be the problem ,parts store only had 1 side , any suggestions
  13. yes it was a scam , going though a 3rd party , i had several questions and the owner could not answer them , leaving soon , must sell , will pay shipping , going though pay-save , a friend of mine traced the ip address and it was in europe some where,
  14. can buy a 2005 outback a/t ll bean 40,000mi , v -6 , leather , cold weather pk, any opinions good or bad , seller pays shipping from wa to ohio, mpg ??
  15. make sure it is up in there all the way, if something broken , find another from a junk yard,, yes they do fit pretty tight

  17. not to butt in , but having problems myself , a no start subaru for 3 weeks , it;s my spare , but still , just about ready to:Flame:it
  18. still having problems, no start , thinking no spark , changed fuel filter, wires, coil pk, crank sensor, cam sensor, fuel tank of gas, getting fuel , any suggestions??? the plugs are really hard to change , the spark plug socket just will not fit onto the plug, so did not change the plugs, check all fuses ,relays or bad plugs ,what would be another way to get the plugs out , yes it is 5/8
  19. shade tree or not , i cant pay 60 bucks a hr, i get the job done with the tools i have
  20. yes, of course i did not have the parts, thing is the sensor was hard to get out , like stuck in there, thanks
  21. i have several cam sensors but no crank sensor, are they the same sensor
