Front hubs/ knuckles will work. Will have to drill out crossmember for the larger bolt on the xt6 control arm. Also swap top hats. Ea82 top hats on xt6 struts. Inner doj will have to be swapped if not a turbo loyale or turbo trans. Xt6 have 25 spline inner axle cups. NA ea82 has 23 spline. You can use EJ hubs/knuckles but will have to use ej axles. I think struts can be swapped around like using ej struts on xt6 knuckles or vice versa.

Yep. You need to jump the NSS switch. Should be a white 6 pin connector where the 3AT shifter was. I converted my 84 wagon from a FWD 3AT to a 5 speed dual range earlier this year.

17mm on the diff studs. I think the big nut & bolt on the hanger is like a 22mm & a 19mm or a 19 & 17

If you're interested in selling a few parts from it I'd be interested in the rack. Just the Main frame, I have all of the pieces for the middle of the roof. Also, I need this little trim piece on the rear passenger door. And I'm not sure if there is a interior plastic piece that goes below the rear cargo area windows but I'd need those too. Neither of my 78s had them.
