welded center diff?
i have thought about it, but alas...i don't have a mill. i have a couple of tail shafts that i harvested a while back for another project .....all in all, i was trying to find a way to utilize our 4eat so i do not have to farm out to much work...but oh well..... the other option was to take a nissan pathfinder version of our trans , and put our bellhousing onto it....... they are the same mainbody.but, it is already attached to the ax10(?) transfer case....which i have looked into as well. the same spline count tailshafts......just about the right length too..... anyways, i digress....cheers, brian

front lift blocks
not true , really? if you drop everything but the suspension 4 inches, and the suspension 1 inch, you have no room for tires.you have a belly dragging low COG car...i have dropped everything but the suspension before. so, true. and as far as searching, there is plenty up in the FAQ about this to warrant him actually knowing the difference to this already.... cheers, brian

front lift blocks
well , really if you were gonna do it that way, it would need to be 4"suspension, 1" body....and it wouldna work. just like 4 inch body and one inch suspension.all that does is push your engine, trans, and rear diff lower to the ground. the suspension part of the lift is what puts you in a position to get bigger tires.which is how you will gain your ground clearance... cheers, brian

Ok so i've heard some talk here and there....
who owns the land?i would start there.......
-
Ok so i've heard some talk here and there....
your ignorance is not an excuse to any agency, or the people that work hard to keep areas open .i am just stating that you need to be educated about where you go.since you ARE new, i would suggest researching before you go anywhere to "offroad".....cheers, brian
-
Ok so i've heard some talk here and there....
regardless. on any property your on in the state of washington,it is YOUR personal responsibility (per state law) to know what type of land you are on, that is my point. just because someone cut a road in somewhere does not mean YOU are supposed to be on it.don't be ignorant .be informed. because if it IS illegal to be in that part of the area, crossing a stream, it can not only shut down an entire area(per particular agency), it can also shut down other areas . all from peoples stupidity , and disregard towards rule layout and or enforcement.

Ok so i've heard some talk here and there....
i hope that is condoned by whatever agency the land is owned by.....i would check if you don't know.cheers, brian
