  1. Ask what he wants for the drawer full. You could sell them in no time, if they are the ones with the washers attached.
  2. The alloys are such that the recesses are canted, they are sloped and the pug lug nuts have washers that are the same angle as the recess in the bolt hole. Hope that clears things up.
  3. Both sets are the same I am running. Regular lug nuts work fine on the steelies, but the mags require Pug nuts. If you find a suitable replacement, let us know.
  4. Hope you folks have at least as much fun as we did at the west coast show.
  5. I use standard lug nuts on the steelies, and Pug lug nuts on the alloys.
  6. Do a search with the words 2500+ miles = fun. I look forward to the challenge.
  7. Buy the Impreza, and dedicate the EA for off-road exclusively. That way you can hammer it without regret.

Has anyone looked into welding the weak areas to reinforce them before installation?
  9. Ken's is radically higher. I'm not looking for that much gain, just enough to make it up my drive in the winter when I get home and haven't had the chance to plow yet. (sorry about the oversight on the typo).
  10. Bump - hoping for some input.
  11. With winter looming (it always is here), I'm thinking about options to create a bit more ground clearance with the xt6. I don't want to be plowing snow with the underside of it and would hope to have at least 6' of clearance, preferably more. It currently has had the air ride removed and conventional struts installed. What other options exist? Are there other struts that will gain some clearance between the body and tires to allow me to put larger tires on?
  12. Did you score any good parts while you were on vacation?
  13. HBD, Austin, you young pup.
  14. I was after him hard, also. But apparently he just couldn't pull it off. Maybe next year.
  15. If we can get Moosens to come, I'll bring down 30 lbs.!
  16. The Museum of History and Art on 7th (I believe) avenue.
  17. I like it. It takes a big person to own up to a mistake.
  18. I'm elated you (and others) enjoyed it. I am equally happy to have met all of you, and a sincere and heartfelt thank you to Eric, and Ken and Richie, and Ed.... I heard someone say about me while I was cooking crab, "Oh, he's always got a smile on." Well, thanks to you guys, that was true. I even smiled all of the way home. It was one of the best get aways I've had in some time. Thanks again.
