Completely understood. So $20 for our spot, since we'll have two tents pitched in there correct? -

How many tents per site are allowed? I will have Jibs and I ariving in my car. We each have our own tents. If we take up one site, but have two tents, is it still $10 or would it be $20? -
AND NEVER ON PAVEMENT!!!! Probably another reason it got stuck in 4WD. Only use 4WD on dirt, gravel, mud, snow. Never pavement.

front brakes locking up with panic braking
TheSubaruJunkie replied to s'ko's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
I think you may want to consider larger brakes. Your EJ22T is much more powerful than the EA82T and it maybe heavier (not certain, but very possible). The car is probably trying to stop more weight, at higher speeds, than it was originally intended. 5lug swap with legacy brakes maybe a good solution. -Brian -

If you put something together, be prepared to host a couple hundred WRX's. -

So Jibs House on Sunday?? If I leave sacramento at 10, that will put me there around 11:30ish. Ordering parts for my wagon today. -
I usually just pour it into the throttle body or the carburator until the engine starts to choke out and die. Revive the motor then continue. About 1/2 a can later and your car should run better. EFI models, you can remove a vacuum line leading to the intake manifold... submerge the line in the can and vacuum will suck seafoam into the engine. I wouldnt suggest using it in the oil unless you plan on changing the oil soon. It will thin out the oil and may cause problems if you run it for more than say... 500miles or so. However, if you want a long term oil addative, i suggest Marvels Mystery Oil. You can use MMO in the intake and fuel as you would seafoam. Does pretty much the same thing. -Brian

Okay here we go.... pix! 15" Pug rims with 195/50R15's... Before: After: The tires rubbed so bad it chewed all the tread off one of my tires. You can see in this picture the outside corner of the tire and the marks left from my fender: It was so bad I had to go back to 13" rims: This is all with RX springs up front, which are stiffer than your GL10 springs. So you can expect your front end to be alittle softer and possibly lower than mine.

I vote for sparkplugs and wires. My legacy ran like crap when i bought it. It had a horrible missfire, so i bought new plugs for it. It ran like a dream after that, until about 3 months later when it started again. Turned out the wires had gone bad, replaced them and no problems since. If it hasnt been done in a while, or if you don't know when the last time it was done... definatly get new plugs and wires. -Brian

Greenley. If you want, for an extra $50 i will deliver the tires and rims to you if you are going to be at this meet. It will save you some gas money, and give me an excuse to come up and hang with the guys. If not, i cant justify spending the gas money to get up there Gotta pinch pennies to afford the show. I need to put new rotors and brakes on the front of the legacy before the big drive... can always use some extra hands -
Yeah i suggest finding something else to build a buggy out of. Thats a pretty rare car you got there.
