  1. Haven't been in forever. I'll see if the wife is interested. Could be very entertaining.
  2. Thanks, can you let her know to contact me?
  3. I am working on something and need pics from the past 9 WCSS's. Digital or film is fine. All film will be returned unaltered when I am done. I also need info from the original get together @ Snoqualmie in 1998. Thanks
  4. Yep, need to find Geoffrey. Anyone have a current number for him?
  5. roflmao @ Carfreak(Galen). Dude, you spend more than that on soda in a week.
  6. Doubt it. www.Subieclub.com is the latest form of forums on the 'net. Not a bad site, lot's of perks for signing up as a member. I think this is the wave of the future. I like the donation system. But, these owners also make a dime with these type of sites.
  7. Enough already. It is locked and will disappear forever.
  8. I love the second pic. Nice stuff.
  9. Nice progress Brian. I managed to get the welder and the welded rear diff into mine. Working on the ARB setup from the Brat swapped over. I was going to mention that I liked my Smittybuilt front bumper. But mine has the wrap around still. I use it quite a bit to rub banks and roots. The 29's were definitely too small.

Just click on the photo link in my profile box.
  11. We took a little run to Evans today. 2 'yota's and a Soob. Rob went everywhere we went except for one trail which he decided to take the bypass. We ran everything uphill today. Made for better wheelin' that way. Here are a couple of pics. Too much fun driving to stop and take many pics though.

  13. Obviously someone who knows what it is worth and what he wants. He had already dropped the price $300 and then you want him to go more? I would have paid the $2700 and I am about as cheap as they come.
  14. How did it go? Work is the only thing that kept me from coming this weekend.
  15. Do you have the torque rod(dog bone) attached to the motor and body? The only time I have seen this be a problem is when that is not hooked up. Other than that you need to relearn the throttle of a lifted rig. Changes everything from take-offs to normal everyday driving.
  16. I kept leaving "Where's Waldo?" messages along the way. Thanks again for keeping a watchful eye on Rob. We were worried about the cross-country trek knowing how hard headed he can be. Keep us informed on the plans. We'll help put something together for you.
  17. Hey Connie, Thanks for taking such good care of our buddy!!
  18. That is the second reference to VW bugs. We hate on them? Why not throw in a couple of my buddies "bugs" from highschool. One ran 11's and the other ran 10's. And before you ask, yes, they did have VW engines in them.
  19. Sounds like a bath tub would be your prime water crossing. Sorry, I couldn't resist
  20. LOL, I was just trying to explain that to the wife!?!?! Leaving for Aarons now and I'll be there when I get done yanking bits for the swap. K
  21. Wow Connie, that is great news. Quite a turn around from a couple of years ago. I am extremely happy for you and am glad you decided to hang in there. Ken
