  1. He wants to know if theres a fix for his. Lets try and be helpful here folks. I've looked in the FSM to see if theres a brain for the intermmitants, cant find it. I know pretty sure theres a relay under the dash, but ID'n it will be hit and miss because theres more than one in the same area and I think they are all alike. Wish I could be more certain on this but thats all I got right now.
  2. Post it in the Wanted Forum. Theres some of those for sale occasionaly.
  3. Thats much better, makes more sense too. Puts me a little lower on the scoring, but still respectable. Got some improvements to make on the car and with some more time on the track..........hope I can do it next season:cool:
  4. No trouble here, 2 different computers too. A little more seat time and I plan on being a winning player in my class:grin:
  5. Turbo's have more pressure in the system, it will cause oil to leak out the filler tube if the cap isnt tight. I've taken the ears on the under side of the cap and squeezed them in a little with pliers to make a tighter seal. The ideal fix is a new cap tho, should be able to get one from the Dealer. Dont the rebuild kits come with a new seal? I believe I've seen one before.
  6. Results of the RallyX are up @ http://www.subiesport.com/subiefest/results/rallycross.htm If Zap had run his car 3 more times, it would have counted. So, someone correct me if I'm wrong, that made my time of 1:21:78 6th fastest of the day:headbang: Btw, thats not everyone that ran that day. Not by a long shot. Should be at least 100 cars that ran.
  7. 2 "Old Schoolers" were mine. Suberdave also had 2.
  8. I'll send a PM when I find the stuff. I'm not all that orginized:rolleyes:
  9. Curious. How did they manage to get it to where it was found in its present condition. Did they expect it to be found? Btw ,do you want the parts you need?
  10. Might have what you need there. I'll take a look, pretty sure about the clamps but need to dig thru a spider infested box for the wiper:brow:
  11. Definatly had a good time. The course was setup well and stayed wet the entire day. Thanks again to Ed for setting me up with the killer rally tires, they made a HUGE difference. My best time was a 1:21, someone told me its up there with the best(?). I havent raced in over a year and this is the first with the RX. Zap and Qman literaly tore the track up in Qmans Brighton. Got to ride in it with Zap as pilot. If there had been audio in the car it would have sounded like a couple of little kids squeeling (with joy). This car kicks A$$! I hope I can make it to next years RallyX series, I really miss it:-\
  12. I just bought 3 rads from the Radiator Barn(radiatorbarn.com). Top quality, brand new and not overpriced. Theres also Performance Radiator @ 1 877 723-4286.
  13. No, just open the door. The weather stripping is on the quater glass and is press fit on. You can get it off with a screwdriver or putty knife if your real careful by pushing it off the edge of the glass.
  14. Nobody ever said crooks were smart. The guy that currently had your car might not have been the one that stole it. The reason why it was found so close to home, he might not have even known it was stolen. But then again. How could they think any one wouldnt recog it with just a rattle can job and the same plates on it? Cops should have staked it out and waited for the driver to come get it.
  15. Congrats on the recovery. Let me know what parts you need, I will donate some stuff to get it road worthy again.
  16. Unfortunalty, you have the worse case of gutter rot. I'm not sure anyone over here in the rust belt of the US has a rusted out gutter as bad as yours. But we will see what can be done.
  17. My 84 Brat has a hi-rise that came stock. No PW and the place where the switches go still has the blank in it. Isnt that special? Sorry for the HJ:D
  18. Even if its not his Hatch, you still did the right thing. Good eye, want to go hunting with me?
