  1. They only use us for special occasions. Like Subiefest 06:brow:
  2. Its alot closer for you. Seattle vs. PDX/Hood River.
  3. Is it running yet? I got the heads and intake on mine. Got to put a different turbo on, the old one was toast. Might have it running by the first of the week. Oh yeah, new clutch also.
  4. Well, he can always ride the Goldwing home when the Brat breaks down:rolleyes: I would like to know how he got it in there. And how is he going to get it out.
  5. Thats the side the oil filler tube is on. Maybe it puked out of that? What was the engine temp like when it happened. I've heard of severly overheated engines perkolating oil out the filler tubes.
  6. I just bought 2 from the Dealer for almost the same price. Internet price:D
  7. Just for S&G's, check the crank pulley - make sure its tight.
  8. Hey, there should have been another pair of those o-rings. I almost bought 4, but decided I only needed 2. Someone else must have come in after me:rolleyes: Just clean the headbolts and use a good clean one as a tap. Thats what I plan on doing. I just need to get away from here and DO IT. I did managed to clean up one head and cam case, it sparkles:D I've spent more time cleaning than assembly. As usual:cool:
  9. Unseasonal snow? I thought it was winter there?:-p As for romping on EA82T's, when I had my Turbo COupe I was beating alot of different cars on the RallyX track. Came in 4th the last time I raced:headbang: Not bad for a 20yr old car.
  10. Yup, welcome back to Subaru Heaven:headbang: Glad to hear you had a safe trip, thats alot of miles on 2 wheels:burnout:
  11. I forgot all about this. Marking my calender now:headbang:
  12. I looked at the car (last year). The inner fender crumple zone was compressed. It would take a frame rack to straighten it out. Not sure what she did with the car, she may have parted it out.
  13. Read date of thread. I think the car is long gone now.
  14. The Lynwood PAP to be exact. The Tacoma PAP is owned by the same company.
  15. Jerry, I seriously doubt he is going to come all the way from Nashville for the show in Hood River, OR.
  16. You need a cargo cover. Try posting in the WTB forum for one.
  17. Remove theseat from the 2005 Imp and measure the holes that hold the rails. to the seat. Then remove the seat from your car and measure the same holes. See how close they are to matching. Btw, the Loyale seats are the same as your GL.
  18. Welcome to the world of Subaru, your officially addicted. A couple weeks ago some guy on CL here in the Seattle area had a industrial type lumber rack on a Subaru Wagon. This was the type you see on pickup trucks. And it was all proportional to boot. To bad he was selling the whole car, the rack would have been cool to have.
  19. You may want to stock up on some cheap tires tho:headbang:
  20. Yes, that would be the Colorado River. Form Havasu south, its one big party during the summer. Its only about 4hrs from LA.
  21. Along with what Nipper mentioned above (2 timing belts, btw) if your wagon is a GL-10, you should have adjustable suspension. If not, you should have at least adj front struts. Look for 2 bolts on either side of the bottom strut plate. There are 2 nuts that can be turned to raise the front f the car. If your lucky and have the adj rear shocks, you need a spring compressor to adj those. But they have 3 different levels.
  22. Me and some Navy buddies (many moons ago) used to party on the "River" just south of Parker during the summer. We stayed at the Red Rooster Campgrounds. Lots of memories of those times, and lots of pics of watersking, boat races, etc. My buddies bro had the fastest boat from Parker south. Fastest ride I ever had in a boat, 125mph:eek: Almost got thrown out too:-p
  23. And a Leg is a Legacy:D
