Eric, you gotta stop using your camcorder to take still's. Looks like Ken's Brat is going back under the knife. What mods shall we expect? or is it a secret.

I took that with my crappy still digi. The rest will be proper as they're released. :evil. (weee bit secret still)

Don't notice anything weird, even though it's blurry?

I notice the struts are gone. Cant tell if there is an engine, but looks like one of the lift blocks are missing too.

It appears (although it's hard to tell), that he has gone to either a 6 inch lift, or done the transfer case swap...... the front cross-member is awful low :brow:. Am I close?

It has almost certainly gone higher, because those are not the TSL's that Ken was running before. They are too big, and totally the wrong tread pattern...... besides that, you can see the stack of the swampers in the background

Another blurry monster pic:

Exactly!! Fact or fiction? :brow:

:brow:

My guess is that this pic was shot right after the new wheels and tires were installed for the first time. Apparently you were present for this historic event Zap?

Where's ken, i want the info on this beast. i'm on the edge of my seat in anticipation.

I know As well........

I wonder who's Shop it was in........????

Wish I could Tell, But I too am under a gag order.....

Later, John

I hate you guy.:) allways gotta be having sercrets and stuff. I'd say either the transfer case mod, or a bigger lift?

I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that a new motor + new suspention setup from a later model subie like say a new school subie

I had a good hunch that It was Ken's Brat, Cant wait to go see it in person when it's formally revealed.

[hijack] Got my Swampers mounted today :brow: [/hijack]

im going to say a real truck front and rear diff, with a T-case... maybe out of a toyota, or other mini older truck??? am i close??

All i know is that the picture is blurry...and its not an EA82T focused on pure handlng performance...so I dont have a clue! :-p

edit: Ya know, something looks fishy with the front suspension....

Well, let's see, that makes Ken, Zap, Rob, Mudrat and I that know about what happened, anyone else??

Scoop's been on for a few months. But the photo Craig put up is a perfect one for comparison between new and before.

Now we just gotta wait for Ken to finish up some details under it so we can get him to his computer to begin posting the photos you guys are really gonna flip over.

BTW. What we just did to it involved 3 men working 17-19 hour days for 4 days straight.

Ken, Mudrat and Me know cuz we were there. Rob lives just around the corner from Ken. There are 3 others from the board who know as well. 2 happened to show up while we were working on it. (We had to erase their memories though, "Area 51" type stuff.) hehe

Nothing like being the first ones to do what we did to it! :smokin

I got off work early last night and went and had a peek.

Guys, the bar has been lifted to new heights :headbang:

To some "people" that think Soobs are for the paved roads only, this is something that will make your "other" rigs want to go home and think of some better (and more $) mods. Ken said there wont be ANY pics of it until its done, and on the knarliest trail at Evans Creek.
