October 30, 200322 yr They prolly do have a filter for actual driving. Most people with setups like that like to take them off to show off the size of the turbo.
October 30, 200322 yr That one is the creation of an Austrailian by the name of Sam Rigoli. He has a 9 second AWD BRAT and a pile of rally cars and one offs like that one. He is also famous down there for doing things like dropping the Legacy B4 engine into a rusty gen II BRAT (suspension work too) and skunking a lambo in a head to head.
October 30, 200322 yr Actually it was a porshe. It too was awd and the race was on sand. The BRAT won for like the 1st 1/4 mile. The title of the article if I remember correctly was "Beauty and the Beast" because the porshe was brand new and the BRAT was beat to hell, well, at least the body was. Ha HA HA

October 30, 200322 yr A retro Baja - kind of like The Beatles were Paul McCartney's first group. Those rides are beyond comparison. I hope they have some big insurance policies on them. Would hate to be reading about them like the thread of a few months back where there was a nasty, prolonged fight with an insurance companyover the "true" value of a brat.
