  1. it is either the roll over check valve, or the fuel return valve. See, on most cars, there is a fuel supply line, and a fuel return line. It allows pressure equalization, part of the emissions and stuff crap...it can vent unburned pressure gas back to the tank safely.
  2. is it a OEM t stat? if not, thro it away and get a OEM from the dealer
  3. that really sucks, that we never got those in the US
  4. hello welcome to this part of the country. There are some of us who would make a trip to the border to go wheel.
  5. clean white Brat....dirty maroon Brat
  6. I need weatherstrip for same exact topper. edit, wait my toppper slightly different.
  7. nice muffler, is it pretty quiet?
  8. allows your neighbors to roll your car down the block, without having a key..
  9. i agree, very safe car compared to many others on the road. Even the mid 80's soobies are pretty tough. The 91-94 legacies are some of the toughest cars i have ever seen......there is a video on youtube of a leg wagon ramming into a bronco multiple times.....and i for one know when my wagon was sideswiped by a semi on an interstate, both going at least 65mph, and it turned the car sideways down the interstate, and still drove it home......
  10. mick, your list or parts scares me.......monster brat perhaps?
  11. if you got pics would love to see.
  12. how are the motor mounts? I have tore them both out on a ej22 before
  13. 1994 leg touring wag, around 190,000 miles original pump still going 1992 leg turbo sedan 152,521 miles original..... they don't fail often....
  14. My NAPA kit, which was specific to the number on my carb, came with incorrect needle and seat.......and I had to rig it to work, with a file, and had to smash the sides outward so it would fit more snug. next time, i will only go thru Subaru for the kit. NAPA could not even determine what needle seat i needed when i took my old ones in, definitely not the same as that came in their kit.
  15. yes there is a clip that is correct. reattach the same way pull shaft out slightly, lck the TC onto shaft with clip, make sure you get the TC in place. It should set almost flush with bell housing front. It takes lots of practice to get it fully correct.
  16. my 94 leg touring wagon... don"t think it will.... t\on lower floor seats folded i thought it hit the strut towers/speakers rear it might gottop of that very good question. someone dare attempt a new car sale if it does or does not?
  17. you sure an 03 needs wheel bearings already? bth my legs 92 with 152,000 miles and a 94 with almost around 190,000 has originals......
  18. There are two gears that drive the speedo cable. One gear is called the Speedometer Drive Gear. the other Gear is called the "Speedometer Driven Gear". I had a scan of the parts breakdown somewhere. I also have pics that will load a link to when i get home, pics of the actual teardown showing the gears.
  19. dynamat was awesome in my CRX....doors, floor, sides, under the headliner, not a single spot was not covered. kept road noise down too.
  20. you really shouldn't tighten without a torque wrench. If you go too tight, you can damage bearings, warp the hub etc......if you go too loose, well just find a tq wrench and check it please.
