  1. If this question has been asked and answered before I apologize, what made you pick up and leave on this inter-regional expedition?
  2. Rick, I can agree. T-tops look very sweet up, Lock s foils in attack position.
  3. If your still wanting to do this swap, here's you a roof: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1986-subaru-brat-top-with-sun-roofs_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ42611QQhashZitem130078495181QQihZ003QQitemZ130078495181QQrdZ1
  4. First thing that comes to my mind is bushings but I am having a stab it cause its hard to understand your overall message syntax.
  5. Jeff it looked like you spelt something else by using the letters like that, haha.
  6. I know how you feel. It looks simple taking the thing off but if you did like me and got in a hurry to fix it, you'll get ahead of yourself big time. I ended up getting my old man to fix it for me.
  7. Mitsu electric and motors are completely different things. But if their electric parts reflect that of motors, +1 the burning of said parts.
  8. I have a front pair on my parts brat and I already have a pair on the back that came with my blue brat. Thanks though, but if you have pics I would really like to see them.
  9. I plan on snagging the front mud flaps off that other brat sometime soon. What color should the "subaru" be written and does anyone have any pics of those?
  10. Amen to that. Anyone got any pics of the OEM gold subaru wheels?
  11. Thought I could tell people that the whole blue car gold wheels craze started with the brats and they brought it back for the STi. I might do the bronze or I might just do a real high quality white, I dunno.
  12. Someone should send an email to them and try and get a group buy discount for the members of USMB. Its pretty much a given that every active member will buy one of them.
  13. I have access to a sandblaster to use on them wheels, been leaning toward gold thinking that would look good on a blue colored car. What do you fellas' think?
  14. Its gonna be awhile before I do any kind of stereo stuff, Ive been stuck doing wheel bearings, ball-joints, and U-joints out the wazzoo these last few weeks. Curt, your offer sounds good and ill keep you informed when I start doing that. Im waiting on when school finishes up for the semester so I can start working 40+ hours a week again. What holds my radio up in my blue brat is a couple pieces of ply wood stapled together with blue cloth, tacky as could be, wires exposed and everything. Luckily I can snag the good one out of the white brat. Bratman how about you upload some pics of your brat sometime, i would like to see your EJ series swap.
  15. What Curt has is exactly what I want to do once things start to warm up. Think I will try and get my dad to see if he can get me a cheap cd player from unclaimed evidence at the p0lice department. I take it the original OEM one is non-functional after this install?
  16. Im wanting to take a cd player and swap into that bottom slot on that radio and put it in my blue one. Anyone have any advice on this?
