This really should be stickied. I had to replace mine back in the summer. I have been telling everyone I know to remove the covering on their Legacies/outbacks. I really think this should have been a recal matter since it involves leaking of fuel.

I was told the new gen lights wouldn't fit our 95s due to some issues with the bumper. Can you confirm that?

It didn't do it this morning when ambient was 19, nor did it backing out of the parking lot at my office this afternoon. If I can get the little one settled a bit tomorrow. Will take a looksie at it and try and do the turkey baster fluid change.

Pulling into a parking spot at low speed this evening got another low squeak/groan. It only does it at low RPM, I do know that. No fluid is being lost either. I bought some dextron ATF this evening and will change the fluid out this weekend. I am really thinking that I may be getting air in the line somewhere. I am at a loss here.

Best way I found to flush a heater core is to get one of these garden hose repair ends. Put it on your garden hose, put the unit in and alternate between the return hoses.

Do you have a known good OEM thermostat? Good radiator cap?

I have never had good luck doing Subaru o2 sensors. I changed the rear one on my wife's 04 Accord a few weeks ago in 45 minutes. That included removal of the passenger seat to undo the harness.

I agree. I hope you did use the adapter plug. I also think something is wrong with the illumination wire. If you have a factory boost gauge, it taps into it for the lighting.

Sounds like you may also need a clutch cable. Make sure and get one from the dealer as the parts store ones are garbage.
