I used a craftsman dog bone wrench before I got air tools. Picture shown is standard. I found the easiest way is just to impact them off. Make sure the spring is compressed first. You also need to pay close attention to the way the conical washer comes off. Sounds like you have some disposable income. You would be a 1000x better off buying a first gen Legacy and have something that has a motor that blows the EA82T out of the water and could maybe be somewhat reliable.

The Felpro ones I had gotten said Made in Japan, my money is they came from the same plant that the oem ones are made.
