Welcome aboard.

I have always wanted to get one together. The problem is that we are just so darn spread out. I am still waiting to find a car that I want, been searching and sitting on several grand since June.
-
I sold the BRAT about a month ago. I don't miss her a dang bit.

Hopefully yours is 2WD. This is what autozone shows for your car: 30206M-Inner Bearing Timken-$19.99 30204M-Outer Bearing Timken-$11.99 3 years in a Schaeffler group warehouse was good for something.

So A Love Seat Will Fit In A BRAT *Pics*
Durania replied to Durania's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
I slept in the back of it with a Gem Top on it the night of my bachelor party. Put my head in the left hand corner next to the tail gate and propped feet in jump seats. Was one of the worst sleeps I ever had. -
Did you flush the heater core as well?

It has been some time since I have posted anything substantial on here. All my time has been allocated into finding me a replacement daily driver for when the Brat sells. We got a new love seat so we had to haul the old one off. Did not want to borrow my uncle's gas guzzler so we took the camper off and put it in the BRAT. It was ratchet strapped into next week and did not move an inch. I was surprised the 25 year old tie down hooks held up to it. Enjoy.

Nothing greater than being insulted on the internet: you have replaced too many things for me!!! And some things twice... Sorry, I CAN'T believe anything you say... - armtuse Here is what I said back: I am sorry you can't believe me. One can replace things twice when you buy a parts Brat with 65k miles. I don't have a reason to cheat anybody, I wouldn't have listed real mileage if I did. I could have easily just told you it had 72k on the odometer. Most of the parts that I have replaced twice are junk Auto Zone parts, like the CV axle and radiator cap. First Auto Zone axle on left knocked while doing straight acceleration and caused brand new wheel bearings to wear out in a year and a half time. I went with a private manufacturer that I read about on my Subaru board and purchased one from him that is of higher quality. I was angry when the Subaru thermostat went bad this spring, I had replaced it a year before. The purpose of the list was to show how meticulous of a owner I am, and to document my share in the restoration process. I am not a liar/cheater. I guess I should not have even documented any of my work if the validity of it was going to be called out over the internet. Most of you all have helped me with Brat problems and have seen the list, was it that hard to believe?

Thanks everyone for the warm wishes. I was a little disappointed on our Florida/Georgia trip so here is the count. 1-08 Black STi 2-Bugeye WRX wagons 2-Bugeye WRX sedans 1-04/05 WRX sedan 7-Evo 8's 17-3rd generation Toyota Supras, both turbo and twin turbo. The oldest car I seen was a 2nd gen Supra, I could not believe it. -

Just got back from an awesome honeymoon. Went to Disney World and Daytona Beach just the two of us. Here is my groom's cake: -
Will be tying the knot tomorrow. Been dating since high school and living together for 2 1/2. Looking forward to finally being legal and not having to claim my dad's income on my FAFSA any longer. She is good to me and can tell me Subaru engine codes from looking at the car. Got some beach sitting to do next week so thats where I will be. -Kyle

My info was from the USRM. I assume that needs to be edited now. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=49949 My source: "If you're going to put GL/ Loyale seats in a brat, get ones from a 3-door. They have the release to get to the rear seat"
