Your bumper looks good. But. I don't get why you guys keep building the square part over the grill. Seems to me the most vulnerable spot is the corner markers. You'd do well to extend that out to the ends. The ARB on my Toy is very functional like that. Not only does it protect the corner lights, but you can see exactly where your bumper is and just what you're gonna hit and when. example.
  2. Sorry Charlie, as much as I'd like to try to break Ken's new RA gear set, I can't make it.
  3. Thanks guys. And thnks Ken and Debbie for making it up, sorry I had to run so quick to pick up my other one. 6.0 lbs, 17inches. A very little doll.
  4. Not another car. Lili was born at 2:02. Scored an 8.9 on the apgar. She will have the final say as to whether I make it to the WCSS.
  5. Does he have a lot of problems with the 35s rubbing? My 33s do, and I've beat the crap out of the wheels wells. The rears rub on the frame at full flex too. Can he lift it taller, or is that against AU laws?
  6. Or my "fanbois" as you've been called by those who don't like me lately. I'd like to just call you all my friends. And I'm glad to call you all my friends, whether we met on a Soobie board or not. Last night's party was a full on blast. Turning 40 wasn't as bad as they say it is. lol We finally turned in at a quarter to 4. Not bad for an old peoples' party, eh? Big thanks to you all for traveling from as far as Oregon to attend. Thanks bigtime to Russ for helping out my uncle in his time of need. And thanks to all of you for not spilling the beans so I could have my fun with Ken. You'll get me next year Ken. :-p (You're all invited back in a month or so to meet Lili.)
  7. He just put a LSD in, it would be weird to weld it. lol
  8. Pretty much what you said. Better travel, but a little more lean on the road.
  9. I drove to New York from Seattle a couple of years ago. Spent the whole time arguing over routes and music with the pinhead I was with ( I think Mick can vouch for me and my opinion of the guy). On the way back, it was peaceful. Just me and MY music. The big reason these days for a passenger would be to share the gas expense.
  10. "Bun in the oven" my friend, but yeah, cool story. Good luck with that Bosco.
  11. Happy Birthday buddy. How tall were you when you were my age so I'll know what to expect? lol
  12. Nice way to be greeted this Monday a.m. Killer pics Max.
  13. I think I'm gonna sit the caravan idea out Miles. I wanna take the slow route down 101 on the Penninsula. I always get stuck in front of the Caravan, this time I'd like to just drive and enjoy the road and scenery. I'll probably have a buddy bring my imp for a chase vehicle.* *note to self: renew AAA+
  14. Cancer Monkey, eh? Cool, me too. I'm right behind you man. Long read, but if you want to know why I am what I am, this will tell you. Everything it says is pretty much true about me, I'm a typical Monkey. Proud enough of it to tattoo it on me.
  15. Indeed. But the y-pipes have to clear everything first. There's really no need to have the rear diff any higher than the y-pipes. 11 inches ought to do it Scott. Looks baddass!
  16. You'd do better to ask Sean his addy or follow us after Saturday's racing is over. I ca barely find my way around PDX, much less tell others how to.
  17. BBQ/shindig at Sean's Saturday night.
  18. Your rain dance isn't working Ed. Dance faster! http://www.weather.com/weather/weekend/USOR0160?from=36hr_topnav_undeclared
  19. That sedan is sweet! Bring those things out to the cabin on the weekend of the 4th Jeff. Catch the ferry to Port Townsend, then it's a 20 minute drive. We can be good and loud and carry on all we like.

Here's some cool insight about swapping ratios. http://www.ausubaru.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10045
  21. Not an easy site to navigate, what Ed said. Found it though. http://www.scca.com/contingencies.aspx?hub=2&cid=12
  22. Ok, I was able to renew my membership by phone. Wheras I couldn't find any contact #s on their site, luckily my wife suggested I look at the mail tehy constantly send me. I did, and the number was there. I can log in, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to preregister for the contingency.
  23. Well, it looks like I'm screwed. In order to renew my membership, I have to log in to their site, which requires a password. Which I never had. Which means I have to request a password, which will go to my old email address. . .
