  1. No- thats my cactus. I love switches. Paired lights x 2 forward Rear work lights Thermos Kill switch (in combo with another sneaky one) Clutch for Blower.
  2. They were in it when I bought her, I am 5'10" and I have 2" clearance to the roof. They need an adapter rail to be fabricated to make it all line up. No biggie from what I can see.
  3. Instruments Messy interior Liberty Seats New big fat mudflaps
  4. G'day daeron, Thanks for the comments, I appreciate them. The WB is a daily work truck, (does maths in head) 515 odd miles a week go under the wheels and as such it has to work. The racks hold my real estate signs away from the dogs claws and all the normal cargo, they give the old girl a little more rigidity than she had before too. I welded them to the wheeel arch in the tray. The motor just HAULS. Its not perfect yet, I am still tuning and tweaking and there are bits still needed- its getting close though. Even the local policeman has had a squizz (quick look) and he has given it all the unofficial thumbs up. (no chrome, no bling bling, no hassles) The tyres are 225/60/R15's Mud'nSnows. More pics coming...
  5. No glory for me, they were in it when I bought it. Well done with the swap, don't they feel gooooooood! Nice to be sitting a litle higher too.
  6. If you are really stuck, it is possible to make them yourself. There is info here about how to do it. Search subarino + hatch. Good luck Mate.
  7. Need a care package mailed from the metric world? Get me the measurements and I will price them for you.
  8. BMW bikes just about all are shaft drive, Moto Guzzis as well (hence the idea for the Fiat heart transplant)
  9. Thats what we came up with too, 24 volt cordless drill! ( hypothetical Moto Guzzi 1000cc into Fiat 500 scenario about 3 years ago )
  10. Reverse (or lack of it) becomes a problem. There is some WICKED video out there with a Mini and a Haybussa motor in it. Major Earplugs needed. http://www.yourfilehost.com/media.php?cat=video&file=06230608_minibusa.wmv
  11. Bulldust! Where in the world can you drive a car with no air cleaner and a great big turbo sticking THROUGH the hood? This thing is slick, without the stickers you could drive it anywhere. And pull 10 second passes.
  12. Nothing would stop that F series!! Cmon Grant, Mate, what about a picture of your trailer suspension. I have a 2wd EA82 sedan to use all the bits from. Thanks again Matt
  13. Nice trailer Grant, any close up pics of the 2wd rear end? Making a jet boat trailer, wanted to match the rims with the Ute's. Thanks Matt
  14. Howdy scrap, Hella and Narva (here in Australia) both make a conversion kit from sealed beam ea81 lights to H4 bulb units. Solid heavy glass, not cheap, around $80US Both twin and single headlight styles available. Run them through relays and up the wattage to 130 watt high and 90 watt low bulbs. You should be ablle to get them through a hella dealer in the US. DO NOT RUN THEM WITH HOT BULBS AND STANDARD WIRING, MINE SMOKED LIKE CHEECH AND CHONG!
  15. I will check it out. Cold enough for you LPGSB?
  16. Thats interesting, the only markings I can see on mine are on the cap, and its a mitsubishi one as well. Hmmmmm. Common part from the shelf maybe?
  17. Mine is EJ22 AND distributor fed. Its from a Subaru Fiori 4 cyl. From what I can see they have bored a hole in the cover plate and fabricated a slide for adjustment. The disty body is O ringed. Works a treat. Bugger computors and their pesky 0's and 1's. (I am a bit of a luddite). If I had to put carbies on it I would cut the runners and mount a pair. My jet boat is getting the same treatment- torque issues are non existant with water jets. We didnt get the EJ18 carbie models in OZ, the Kiwis had the "good stuff".
  18. I Bow at Steve's feet. He is my Subaguru. I drove 2300km to get my Wonder Brumby tuned by him. He supplied my whole drivetrain.
  19. Narva make a conversion kit, Hella does as well. Repco stock at least one of them. Go for a relay system and loom as well.
  20. Good write up Mate, I would add that the hubs are VF hard on drill bits and to have a couple spare, sharp and new. And, drill slowly and keep it really well lubricated with some WD40 or thin oil. Let the drill do the work, don;t push too hard. and and and... again. Nice result.
  21. Josh, I was just ordering, sensational. thanks for the part number. Cheers. Matt.
