  2. I'll take one! PM'd ya me addy. Check will B in mail tomarrow.
  3. Yes! need mod list!! please please please? oh and don't forget the curb weight too.
  4. Great pic! Hummm desert....looks like my kind of roads. Dusty, dusty and more dusty with a little rock on the side. yes?
  5. Beautiful! I love it!
  6. hey, will that make my suby go faster?
  7. Voltage regulator gone haywire? The output should stay roughly at 14 at all rpms except at idle. Then it could be lower, like, around 12v. Dat's my Suby's: Idle: 12v (no accecories), past 1300 rpm: right on 14v.
  8. On that Forester: Manual or auto? If U got beat by a XT, there's somthing wrong with this picture.
  9. Welcome! Nice Suby! I like those hubcaps too. My 86 has 209K miles and I'm currently working on swapping in a new engine.
  10. I outran a toy tundra 3 times in a row: at the light, around a corner (DUH), and up a nice long hill. I finaly let up after I hit the speed limiter. That little toy was about 5 or 6 wagon lenths away. Not bad for a 3500lb car with a 2.5L flat four. EJ25s ROCK! Too bad I kan't get the ricers to race me. I tell 'em: I know of this long and wide road off hiway 80 called Middle March Road. Not too many houses and no blind corners........ as soon as I say dirt, they back out.
  11. Yes, it can be plated over. I tried running without the egr back when I was running the hitachi carby. Really didn't notice any differance in power or throttle response. I did bypass it when I put the Weber in. Still hasn't gotten plated over yet, it's just sitting dormant 4 now.
  12. Delta Camshaft. URL: http://www.deltacam.com They do Suby cams. As far as webers, the 32/36 DGEV is the most popular around here. Could use the 38/38 (I think) but that may be a bit much for the 1600; donno. Beautifull car too! Me like!
  13. Yup, The two cams are supposed to be 180 deg off.
  14. Hummm looks like we have a problem, desertsubaru.
  15. Welcome to Subaru land! Perf mods? Put a Weber on! Makes a big differance in power. Other mods are exhaust and different cam. Dat's all I can think of for the EA71.
  16. Same year as mine! Coolness! Anyways...cool pics! Those off roading pics look like me playing in the mud. Well...except for the fact that mine is white. I wish my engine would get here.
  17. Hey, those are my kind of trails! Rocks, rocks, and more rocks! With a little sand on the side. Cool rig Qman! Now alll you need is enough gearing in the axels such that the engine thinks your on the ol' 13"ers.
  18. I agree. I had a rear tire go low on me (about a 15 pound differance between L and R) and that made the rear VERY over reactive. Turn the wheel a little, and the back wants to go first! Just my 2 cents.
  19. Looks awesome! However, I am concerned about the collector directly beneath the tranny. Could that cause the tranny to get too hot? Esp. in autocross/rally situations where the speeds are low? I wonder what would happen if you put the collector past the tranny, like, just in front of the center bearing? I have 2 1/4" from the y pipe back with a turbo muffler and it's fine for the street, but when I'm buzzin at 65, the sound is reasonating in the cab. Kinda puts ya to sleep after a few hundred miles, ya know? Just my .0000002
  20. Hey, I like that! Still wonder about that S curve. However, if it's close to mandrel bends then I don't see any problems. REALLY wanna see how that looks under the car! That's awsome, man!
  21. Go for it! That's how the body lift kit came about. One question.......R U planning on putting a frame under there that the drivetrain and suspension will attatch 2? Just curious.
  22. I'm looking for the rear diff bushings, engine and tranny mounts, and the rear diff side and back gaskets. I took some pics so U know what I need. If U could find out how much they are, that would B cool! Thanks,
