  2. its not the lift height that's hard on axles its the difference in strut extension height compared to the rest of the suspension ,
  3. its that simple, cut in half add shaft or sleave with tuning and weldup
  4. Yes the EA81 needs extended, a direct bolt in I don't know of the EA81 has a different type coupler then the EA82 , cut and weld it longer is the common way. , Here's a 2" kit I build. http://www.sjrlift.com/index.php/catalog/lift-kits/0-2-lift-kit-ea81-detail
  5. here ya go http://www.sjrlift.com/index.php/catalog/misc/4-x-140-to-5-x-100-wheel-adapters-detail
  6. Tribeca lift kit ready to sell http://www.sjrlift.com/index.php/catalog/lift-kits/2-tribeca-lift-kit-detail
  7. I can help ,I could make one similar to the 6" I make. http://www.sjrlift.com/index.php/catalog/lift-kits/0-6-lift-kit-ej-fits-90-99-detail For 31" tires stock Subaru struts may not work as there's not enuf room under spring , 29" is about max, now if you got some rally type smaller diameter springs you could do it without wheel spacers, XT forester struts I think have the most room, not sure how big you can go on them
  8. EA struts have more clearence, i think your struts are good upto 29" tall tires
  9. Here's the stuff http://www.sjrlift.com/index.php/catalog/engine-swap-parts
  10. fronts similar, rear on the 6" the rear suspension tube with swing arms are lowered 4" with the 4" the rear tube is not lowered
  11. you will need EA to EJ adapter plate and redrilled flywheel http://www.sjrlift.com/index.php/catalog/engine-swap-parts/ea-to-ej-swap-kit-detail electrical harness from doner car that fits your engine harness, I can thin that down for you http://www.sjrlift.com/index.php/catalog/engine-swap-parts/engine-wiring-harness-detail plus all the intake and exhaust from same doner car , coupler of pusher fans as theres not enuf room for puller fans
  12. We need pictures
  13. The newer EJ trans won't bolt up to your EA Loyale
  14. You will love the power and never go back, it makes those light cars a hotrod I sell parts and can help with the harness http://www.sjrlift.com/index.php/catalog/engine-swap-parts/ea-to-ej-swap-kit-detail
  15. Good work, on the stock setup it's solidly mounted at the lower arm , you have a hiem , I'm thinking that lower arm will want to flex now as its only a pressed u shaped steel arm, I've bent a few of those round radius rods in my days wheelin , will be interesting to see how this works out
  16. Check your moter and transmission mounts, I've seem Brocken mother mounts destroy axles
  17. a 2000+ Legacy Outback would be a good start Heavy car
  18. I can build you a lift kit or just the strut, shock extensions, www.sjrlift.com
  19. The bracket from the ea82 engine will bolt up to those tabs , you will need to lengthen your pitch stopper bar
  20. What would you guys pay? If I started supplying these same hubs 5x100 XT rears would you do $200 a piece? So $400 for both rears?
  21. That's a great idea, after I'm setup with the 5x100 I can also offer other bolt patterns, I wanted to go with 5x100 as that's what the newer Subarus are and if your a Subaru nut that's the wheels you have on your parts car
