  1. does...dizzy have to do with the distributor? of course i don't have one(ej-22) so i don't think i could do the same thing you did.
  2. i had a 86 gl wagon(auto)that needed the filter changed,she did the same thing.i'd put it in drive,give her gas then all of a sudden she'd catch then take off.rev was fun to,she would go then slip,go then slip...
  3. the dealer in my town gives you two big comfy couches along with a love seat,plus you get to watch cable tv.the dealership in the next town over has a limo for a shuttle car.

  5. i've used duct tape on my exhaust and never caught fire.it did dry alittle an caused the make shift hole patch go bye-bye. duct tape an a soda can=works every time,although temporary
  6. i think replacing or repainting dash an rest of the interior would be easier then painting the pod i need to pick a guage an pod up so i can keep an eye on the oil pressure,plus i wanna hook up a volt meter to moniter the voltage going to my amp.

  9. as many a times replacing brake pads,noone has ever told me about opening the bleeder screw to prevent pushing old fluid back up the system.
  10. the j/y i go to they have about 6 subarus all together(legs,obw,etc) and if i need an engine,alot of times they already have it out.specilly if it runs.friend picked up a 2.5 the other day for about $250. just needs to replace head gaskets and BOOM! a perfectly running engine.
  11. my wagons the same an it's a 94 probably accoustics;) or something does your wagon have a roof rack on it? thinking it's cause the roof is a large flat(mostly) area an it act's similar to that of sheet of aluminum.

  13. you gonna paint it to match rest of interior.make sure lights aren't to bright or your prob gonna blind your self.
  14. in my 94 legacy wagon,i was getting the same out of the back speakers.turns out mine were blown.yours shouldn't be considering it's an 03.as far as replacing the radio an speakers.are yah looking for just basic audio or yah looking for big sound.cause the place i work(walmart) has some decently priced stuff.i picked up my pioneer indash cd player for about $160. not bad for 200watts an with remote.if you look in my gallery you can see what i have done so far to my legacy.
  15. i'm gonna check the calendar and if i can take my vacation then,then i'll be there.when you work for walmart they need at least 30 day notice,hopefully not to many people put in for that week.
  16. you said it's leaking at the back of the engine,can you see it like from the pan? on some 2.2 engines and maybe some 2.5s theres a plate that's behind the clutch in between the engine an trans that had a tendincy to leak cause it was made out of plastic.they will leak down through the seam of engine an trans an then of course on your driveway:rolleyes: hope this helped.of course i could be wrong to:banghead:
  17. there is one but have been told that that won't shut airbag down.what i've been told is that you have to disconnect battery for like 5 mins.guy was not exactly sure,he was going by what he was told.
  18. how bout some color shifting paint,walmart carrys it for about $18 bucks.also guess it depends on color of body.they also carry the anodized paint look for plastic pieces.
  19. during the summer i use 20w50,i know it sounds high but with the fact that she likes to be hot,the heavier weight wouldn't hurt
  20. Turns out I did the dyno run on basically 3 plugs with the 4th having the plug wiring just resting on top of the plug figure add another 50 hp/with all 4 cyl going
  21. looked like a blast:banana: bumper looks great too.. last time i did that,got beached without any kind of recovery gear.
  22. what size you planning on getting,had 215/50/17s on my avenger.on dry pavement they were excellant as far as grip.wet handling was good.now as far as snow:lol: ...... it could of also been the fact that they were becoming slicks,they were worn down to the wear indicators.
