  1. I post good ones on the USMB. I'm in Colorado Springs, but look pretty much around Colorado everyday. Good ones go Fast!
  2. Quick trip to the junk yard or Subaru Dealer for a quick look. Not as nice a in your driveway but it's an option.
  3. Upper trans to engine mount bolt has a bracket for the ground.
  4. Lot's of nice Rust Free ones out in Colorado. Happy to pick one up for you. Would even consider making the drive back. From Okauchee, WI back in the day. Family still in WI.
  5. In the junk yards, I have pulled engines were I could not get all the TC bolts out. It's been years and I did not care what damage was done to the car/radiator support. Try pulling the plugs and rotating the crank in both directions with a large breaker bar.
  6. I have a bunch of Subaru units that will plug right in. Your's for the costs of shipping from CO. Flat Rate USPS should be $20
  7. Have Cash be ready to buy. Good ones go Fast! Get one from a rust Free State. I post good ones I see in CO on the USMB.
  8. The ground from the radio harness is critical! Make sure the ground wire going to the frame from the radio bracket is hooked up.
  9. An alignment check would be good, but you already have it apart. Shocks could also be a factor.
  10. Wheels, Hubs, Brakes, Doors, Hatch, Front Fenders...
  11. There should be a 12 Step Program for Subaru Mechanics! It's a sickness for sure, saving parts. Larry
  12. I think it was you that left a message on my landline. If you are looking for 2014 Forester parts, there are very few in the yards. http://www.littletonupull.com/ Has a 2013. Lot's of self-server yards in CO. Lmdew - PM me Larry
  13. Make a little plate to hold the TC in and bolt it to one of the mounting holes. That will keep the TC fully seated while you move it around.
  14. I have may of those removed and saved parts. Years later still waiting to be used. There was an airbag recall. Passenger side is a bunch of work. I'd let them go to the scrapper.
  15. Did you check for codes with your rough running engine?
  16. CEL Old OBDI but the codes can be read, flashing CEL with the black connector connected.
  17. While it's a bit of work, you may want to drop the headliner. That will give you good access to the drain hoses. Far outside corners are where the single sunroof drains are. I'm not sure on the double. If you have never removed all the plastic around the windows to drop the headliner, a Self-serve junk yard is a great place to learn!
  18. I see you have wood blocks to spread the weight across the trans pan, but even with that it's possible to dent the pan. It only take a little to restrict the flow of fluid into the pickup. Yes the trans are heavy as heck! I've always had to remove the trans from the jack and then roll it over a bit to get it to slide out from under the car on jack stands. Same going back in. It's a heavy lift under the car to get the trans up onto the jack pad. Sends you to the Doctor to get the back fixed. 1+ on GD last comment!
  19. Yes that's what GD is saying. If the computer is not seeing the signals, the ECU is not powering the injectors and no Fuel from the injectors.
