What i want to know, is if the two speed sensors can cause the AWD system to fail, because my 93 leg has the same problem. i wonder if there is a way to test the system by stopping the 12-14v being passed to the solenoid, therefore engadging the AWD system, and if it still fails, then i found the issue. Because i brought my car to a tranny shop and they "CLAIM" the transmission was fully rebuilt, but it doesn't sound true. I'm going to go to subaru and they will tell me what exactly is creating this issue. If there is a sensor that is causing a issue, ill report it to you guys, but it sounds more like i got screwed, and the clutches were NOT replaced, oh well.

You think in the future the car will be a good investment? Maybe we should buy one, keep it for MANY MANY years, then sell it, and get rich :-p -

i think it was a door design issue, so thats the only way they couldnt make the window roll down, and less or no wind noise. -

Wow, never knew how special the SVX is, but still i prefer the looks of my 93 legacy wagon. That car however, it reminds me of a, hmm, whats the name of it!!!!!!!!! I think its by plymouth:confused: -
I have almost 300,000km but im running 3 new bearings, that went bad at 255,000KM and 1 original in the back still going strong Dealer told me, they have had cars with original bearings last up to 500,000km. But i am running 1 pre owned bearing, because a retard at a transmission shop installed used bearings, what a $%&

Well, i went in, and i heard ALOT of bull ************, and my dad didn't help, he just agreed with ALL the BS, and the guy said alot of crap, then i asked about the AWD HE SAID its SUPPOST to bind a little with a AWD drive when u make a tight turn, is that correct? He also said there is no such thing as a Drive Solenoid C, and he went ON AND ON AND ON!!!!!!! If my dad doesn't care fine, but still. Then i said, well explain why my abs light came on after your guys replaced the wheel bearings, he said well they can easily be "OVERHEATED", BUT it didn't do it before we brought it in! he said SO much crap. but the guy who was at the desk giving us the crap, and servicing, he got fired,to many people had problems, and such. THEN i asked why the flex plate kept cracking, but the guy told me its was the torque converter cracking, he said do you know what a flex plate is? It is part of the engine, and it attaches to the starter, then used words to confuse us! i had nothing to support what the hell he was talking about, then we talked about the AWD unit, he said there is no gear in there, i said i don't know whatever, then talked crap and said all AWD units are the "EXACT SAME" they just brign in power when the front wheels slip, i said, im pretty sure it runs 10 percent all the time. THEN i said why does the car shift at 6250 RPM not 6500RPM he said a car CAN NOT shift at redline, i didnt want to argue, once again nothing to support his comment, he said these engines can only operated in 3000 to 4000 rpm range, and no more. :-\ Tell me whats right and wrong. The car is being dropped off soon, NOW i need to confirm what is causing the knocking noise inside the car, when/or after u pass 80km/h never makes the noise when u stop, and NOT consitent, peopel said its mostlikely the flex plate. I don't know. I am being told it has nothing to do with the torque converter, but i have no clue if it actually is.:-\

is liberty model 89-94 in australia? i think it is, if so the power light should flash upon start up indicating there is a trouble code, which can be easily checked. Usually when this happens it seems like a good idea to check that the wireing harness is plugged in correctly, also some like to do a tranny flush, but that can be determined if you have not to much mileage. Good luck. If it is duty solenoid C its a good idea while your in there to do the clutch packs as well.
