  9. I was trying to remove a rear bumper @ P&P junk yard. Got three of the bumper bolts out, but the fourth bolt was just sitting there as I turned my wrench, no matter how hard I tried to get it out. Feel like the thread has been stripped. Any advice on what to do? The bolt is 17mm and I dont know if drill it out maybe an option? Thanks
  10. It happened to me before. I think(its been a while) the black wire goes to top of the triangular plug, and rest of 2 wires should not matter. Do you have other subaru that you can compare? or you can go to advance autoparts and ask to see a new O2 sensor for comparison. Good luck
  11. What size was the trans cooler installed? If oversized cooler was installed, the trans fluid may not reach normal operating temp therefore overdrive never kick in.... Notice higher engine rpm @highway speed?
  12. I am looking to update my mech hand tools set. About $200 to $300 budget. Wondering how I can get the best deal? I did look thru their website for mech tools set, all of them come with standard size which I dont need these for subaru. Any advice??? Thanks
  13. Do you have back up lights? If not, double check the fuse #1 marked turn back. Good luck
  14. My 98 forester rear bearings(rear drum brakes) are getting louder. Here are my options 1)Replaced the rear wheel bearings, I have done bearings on rear disc brakes. Are any differences on how to replace the bearings on rear drum brakes? 2)Or can I convert to rear disc brakes by swap the hubs from a 95 to 98 legacy/outback? Are they direct bolt on? Is the hand brake cable need to be swaped? Thanks for the help!

  16. I have the speed bleeders on some of my cars and have no problem with them. Very good products!
  17. I also use the Trans X as part of the trans maintenance since 2007. I have not had any problem with it and my original trans on MY95 just turned over 200,000 miles!!! Great product!
