LSD vs VLSD
With my RX's LSD, it depends on whether I have the diff lock on. Theres not enough torque (normally) to really make it break loose. It could be that the RX has enough weight in the rear to keep it planted. Click on the diff lock and you better be ready to get sideways.

Sure, that way you can blow it up twice as fast! I cant believe I said that..........but sadly its true

BRAT Meet 2011 Planning
Bad play on words here. Because that will be lacking if we plan on being at the lake during that weekend :-\ Not trying to be debbie downer here, just reality. I'm not sure I'm going to be camping, but for those that are, getting a site is going to be tough during that weekend. Plus it looks like a few of us have other plans for MemDay weekend. I say we shoot for the weekend after.

My 1993 Loyale: Work In Progress
When you moved the fuel pump from under the car it might have caused the wiring to get better contact. I've had this happen before with a bad ground. Could have gunk in the fuel line and the pressure from the pump pushed it out.

BRAT Meet 2011 Planning

1986 turbo xt digital dash speedometer broke
Check to see if the cable disconnected from the trans or the back of the dash. If thats all good, the cable may have snapped.

"New" RX.. uh oh..
Yeah, Chux and ShawnW do it. I think GD does as well, but not positive.

"New" RX.. uh oh..
Its not easy stuffing all that wiring into all the nooks and crannies. I know theres a couple of threads in Retrofitting that explains a lot of the harness stripping.
-
"New" RX.. uh oh..
Uh, they are not junk. They work fine and I havent heard of any problems with them even after being used for 20+ years. If they leak, its because they are 20+ years old. And they actually spool up faster. Now, lets hear about all the problems about putting a TD04 on a EA82T........

"New" RX.. uh oh..
http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=121646 He's in the PNW too. I think theres a few others, but I cant recall them atm.

Proud to now be part of USMB!
Do you have a web site? Do you have a catalog? Do you have experience with Old Gen and New Gen Subaru's?

"New" RX.. uh oh..
Mounting flanges are different. Can be done, just need to do some cutting and welding. I have a TD04 on my EJ22T.
