  1. The MAF adapter I got from someone on the forums. It was a few years ago, so I dont remember the details. Some folks go to Home Depot and get a dryer vent line connector. Not sure if this will work in all applications. I made brackets to mount the IC to either side of the spare tire platform.
  2. http://www.picknpull.com/locations.aspx?View=Detail&ID=138&ClusterID=5 Or post up what you need in the Wanted forum.
  3. Yes, for a while I didnt have it connected. I had a TD04 WRX turbo installed also and when I left off the throttle from a hard pull you could hear the air slamming against the throttle plate :-\ This is what it looks like now.
  4. Its a little different with the spyder intake, but most of the plumbing is the same.
  5. Right click on img code, left click and paste in a post here. Simple as that.
  6. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=121130
  7. Multiple trips? I will only be bringing 2 this year, to much to deal with for more.
  8. The principal is simple, the application in old school Subaru's isnt. Go to the Retrofit forum and do some searches for top mount IC installs.
  9. Depending on what IC you use (WRX) some will come with a recirc valve. You dont really want to use a BOV. One line goes to the intake manifold and the larger line goes to the intake prior to the turbo.
  10. Yeah, I got a flyer for that the other day. Lack of funds will keep me from going :-\
  11. Well think about it. If you bought a door and swapped it out, would you want the beat up one laying around?
  12. Do you have A/C? This is usually the place for that relay.
  13. 2 different routes to go for upgrading a EJ22T. DOHC = Frame rail adjustment in EA81 SOHC = Your best mod for a EA81 The 2.0 heads and intake are a good option and are easy to find. Also upgrading the turbo to a TD04 is a good mod. Make sure your trans is low mileage or in good shape. It wont handle this kind of power for very long.
  14. Only downside is there will be a entry fee. But it looks like they will have a lot going on and I would love to put my RX on the track if possible.
  15. Update, they have a website up. http://www.bignorthwest.com/
  16. Have you ever bought from a regular wrecking yard? I bet its still cheaper at a PAP. And a FYI.....everything is going up :-\
  17. Try the Smokey Point PNP (Arlington). http://www.picknpull.com/locations.aspx?View=Detail&ID=136
  18. We are supposed to be one big happy family......ALL Subaru's. I try and get along with all of them, but theres always bound to be some bad apples in both crowds
  19. This might help. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=49918&highlight=codes
  20. Get a hold of Rallitec in PDX. I think they were thinking/talking about a project like this last year.
  21. If thats the case, the OP needs to a search here for divorced transfercase mods. The Nissan 4wd t-case is a great mod for a Subaru, my 86 hatch has it.
  22. You need to check the timing belts, the drivers side could be broke. Remove the disty cap and crank it over. If the rotor doesnt turn, its broken.
  23. I'm probably your dads age, but I have no clue what a brownie (for a car) is
