Let's not forget "The Chairman of the Board" Frank Sinatra and also Deano.

That's Amore.

Got to have Black Sabbath on and always Soundgarden it goes any where.

None taken!

Rammstein!!

or

white zombie/killswitch/megadeath/mudvayne/pantera...etc..

unless its something like detailing where you don't need (want) any adrenaline..(at work)

then we slow down to some country or techno..

Rush.

If I turn it up I don't have to listen to other garbage, like NPR.....

I pick Tool. It's great rock that allows you to do other things and just let the CD play. Plus the name fits :)

I could also listen to some Disturbed, Korn, Sevendust, Godsmack, etc. etc.

Country... no matter how bad your day is going... the guy that's singing is having a much worse one... :)

I must admit that nothing can keep me calm during a frustrating job like some colt ford in the back ground. if its a late night and feeling kinda tired then some van halen or some enraged metal does the trick

I like wrenching to hank Jr, waylon, Chris ledoux or Justin Moore...unless something makin me angry, then i go for Hatebreed or 5 finger death punch.

Wow this thread was 6 years old before you guys dug it from the abyss. I like listening to instrumental composures when i wrench. Keeps me calm and focused. At work on the other hand.

Instrumental TRANCE/Techno.

Edit:

Techno. no matter what.

A good sign that some things have not changed.

BLUEGRASS

...anything with banjo.

Earl Scruggs.

The Stringdusters.

Ralph Stanley.

Amon Amarth!

Best F#cking melodic death/viking metal ever! Any album, any song, but my favorite album is "With Oden On Our Side"...

Also:

Storm The Norwegian folk metal band, not the one out of SF

Dethklok

Ramallah

Morbid Angel

Instrumental TRANCE/Techno.

If its twanging, I'm playing it, depending on my mood.
