  1. I nominate Miles Fox to confirm this. When he gets back from the Babe Rally of course.
  2. Looks like there is another Brat in the commercial with a camper top at the 00:17 mark. This got me to wondering. Did they even run TV ads for both gens of Brat back in the day? I am too young, born the last year they offered the Brat.
  3. I am pretty sure that is it. My name is earl is not a bad show. I started watching it just for Joy's Brat but stuck around when I realized it was a funny show.
  4. I can not seem to find it on the net but this new commercial has an old Forester and looks to be a first gen Brat with a Loyale in it. It made my day, hoping I can find it on youtube. Remember you heard it here first.
  5. I seen that in the Subaru newsletter I got today. I would be scared that it would be my coffin in a wreck.
  6. The best time to visit is about the last week in October if you like fall foliage. It gets humid as crap in the summer time about July with August being dreadful. Lucky me I am getting married the 26th of July.
  7. I thought it looked like the standard base steel 13's with some add ons.
  8. This is all my opinion as I have been the slave to many a bearing. If going to the trouble of do a thorough re-greasing of bearings, I would just replace them while I am at it. With intact seals, you should not be loosing any grease. I saved you the trouble of looking up the link: http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=77491
  9. I for the life of me could not figure out those wheels. At first glance I thought they might be spares but were way too big to be them. He had the center caps on them and everything. He even did the little touching up of paint and making some of the lettering multi-colored.
  10. Rob, least I know that I am not the only history buff.
  11. Not to poke, but isn't that a WWII fighter style? http://badgerblogger.com/?p=5363 What is stamped onto the bed like something to resemble a fuselage?
  12. I about made my fiance deaf when I turned around and seen it, Holy Sh*T!!!
  13. Seen this just a few minutes ago at the Wal-Mart. Never seen a lifted EA82 in person before. I left a note on the guys car with the URL and my username.
  14. Zap, I assume that is your Impreza wagon with the gold WRX wheels. What paint did you use to pain them? I want to do the same to the ones on my Legacy.
  15. I'm in Crossville which is between Knoxville and Nashville. Other end of the state pretty much.
  16. I kinda like the hatchback rally car. Like to see Chris Atkinson get a hold of it.
  17. I once used my hatch to tow a broke down Mitsubishi Eclipse.
  18. Goodness Mick, I did not know they were available in hatchback. Only ones I ever see are Brats.
  19. Might be missing a thermostat.
  20. Remember to replace intake gaskets with OEM, they're worth the extra price.
  21. Tex, I checked 1st Subaru parts and they look to have them in stock.
  22. Brian, I remember those Brats from an ebay auction from last year. I thought the same you did, little too steep. I would have to see some better pictures besides sticking one's head out of the garage.
