it's an 84 brat with 85 wagon clutch, driveshaft, and transcarrier bearing is good, no mounting problems oil was full makes similar noise when hitting bumps, running on rebound stoppers it's definately there when driving in 4x4 and not there when driving in fwd, when driving in same path

nope, noise was there before and after I did the brakes, all looked good

I'm saying it's something to do with the crank, pistons, main bearings, or rods, as the FRONT has low compression

sounds like woody woodpecker when driving in 4x4 from the rear tires and tire pressure same on all 4 the driveshaft did not make any noise in the previous car

just pop off as many of the clips you can reach, and pry the box open so you can go through the side opposite the firewall
