A little project I like to call Gloria (GL+RE+EA)
...dirty French Quebec'ers! And monstaru - I feel ya. I was out there when it was -17 a few weeks ago trying to figure out why the dang Loyale wouldn't start... No bueno.

A little project I like to call Gloria (GL+RE+EA)
Apparently we're way less tough than Canadians.

Lift, and tires
I haven't been able to find any. I'm looking into some aftermarket offerings for domestic 5-lug cars. I'll let you know if I come up with anything... There has to be something!

Another lifted subie for oregon
I used to have Daylighters up front like that. ...then some deer decided to rearrange them for me.

A little project I like to call Gloria (GL+RE+EA)
I feel your pain, man! I haven't gotten much done in the last three weeks, either! This snow has put a damper on outdoor project progress.

Lift, and tires
I wasn't trying to be a jerk about that. I was legitimately trying to help. Sorry for any confusion. We're looking for the same thing. Same team, man!

He's no Ken Block but damn impressive
Agreed on both accounts. KB is a marketing scheme. ha ha

My Soob made it into a mag!
Agreed x1000. I have a couple Subarus, and I'll be a die-hard fan forever. I also love Jeeps, and I've done almost all of my wheeling in them since I got my CJ-7 when I was 16. Don't hate. The lack of haters is what makes this board such a tolerable place.

Lift, and tires
I've been curious about the wheel-offset thing for a while as well. Let us know if you find anything. (I have a 2000 OBW) I'd be more inclined to exhaust all possible options of high-offset wheels before resorting to spacers...but that's just me. I'm going a similar route with my car, so high five on that! We can compare notes along the way. It seems like only a small amount of trial/error has happened with regards tire clearance on the 00-04 OBWs, so it's up to us to try stuff out!

East African Safari Rally
Sounds like a heck of a lot of fun, but I cant see myself affording such an endeavor. Maybe we can make a USMB Baja team?

Snow Rally School in January
...I really should do this. I've been wanting to for a few years now. Hmm...

Team USA's new driver intro video is sweet.
I love it. I find it funny how it says that a "severe storm" the previous day made the road conditions bad. Ha ha. If that's all a "severe storm" does to the roads in upstate NY, I think they need to spend some time in the northwest... We'll show 'em a severe storm and "less than ideal" road conditions...

While that is quite entertaining, I must disagree with the claim that it surpasses the ability of Mr. Block... RWD drifting and AWD racing (or gymkhana) are entirely different sports. I tend to believe that what Block does in hid race-prepped car requires a bit more finesse than the drifting we see in the video...

Some Teaser Pics
I've always dreamed of doing something like this to a lightweight EA body. I can't wait to see the results! Good work, man!

Scoobyclimbs Outback makeover
I've always loved your Outback! The black lower cladding looks sweet. Good on ya.

Northwest folks.
Spokane, WA (well, 45 minutes north of Spokane...)

Straight axles?
Check out McBrat's BRAT. He has Toyota axles under it.

The MurderWagon is getting a new heart (EG33 > 2000 Outback)
Bad news, kids... The H-6 swap is getting benched until the snow melts. My other car is a 240SX, and I simply cannot do without my Outback any longer... I'm throwing another 2.5 in it for now... The EG is still going to happen, but I need to have 4WD/winter tires for now. I can't really dedicate much time to the car right now.

New Group!
I'm down for a meet. I've only met a few members from the board.

What Have You Done to your Soobie lately? (Please post in here and keep it going)
I popped the hood on my blown car and started taking notes on wiring/vacuum lines, etc. for the swap that's about to happen...
