  1. I really hope this get's completed!
  2. I just added another set of wornish washers/bushings onto mine and had good results.
  3. Haha sorry Chris, I didn't read it quite right.
  4. Just curious, why is that? The 2.2 flywheel will fit the 2.5, so why wouldn't the opposite work?

I did it with my BRAT. Worked great, pushed snow pretty easy, even my whole road after 14" of wet stuff. I have a friend with a first Gen Legacy wagon with 6" of lift, Outback tranny and diff for the lower gears, swampers and a plow. That thing pushes snow nice!
  6. Chris, those 205 75 14's that I had on that car measured 26 1/4 when they were brandy new!! and they rubbed a tiny bit. 27's will rub a little bit more, but not too bad.
  7. You can just change the transmission, driveshaft(out of an auto Outback) an a matching ratio rear diff. I spent 2750 on my 04 STi 6 speed for my Forester. You can use a 5 speed clutch for an 02-05WRX, and you can find a non DCCD 6 speed as well. Really not that much work, it will all bolt right in, but yes, TOO much money and not needed in an Outback.
  8. They are Cometic gaskets, not cosmetic:)
  9. Someone posted this on my local forum. The video of it is pretty insane. All though, not a boxer, it is still pretty awesome, and the work behind it is great as well. And it goes!
  10. ^Lol. I think you have some learning to do, or maybe just more experience.
  11. search around on here, you will find your answer about the EA82T
  12. All I'm saying is it seems like you have a bad attitude about everything now. Just hope all is good, and hoping things get better if it isn't!! Keep up the work on your cars, and good to hear that this one is running good again.
  13. Depends on the car. 99 wasn't the only year they used that type of filler neck. But it sucks, the filler necks with the valve are stupid expensive compared to the older type!
  14. Actually, I used to like reading TheLoyales threads on his cars, but seems that has been his attitude for a while now....................Dunno what happened, but definitely not the same.
  15. Just because the ATV doesn't weigh that much, doesn't mean some of the aftermarket ATV tires aren't rated for that much......
  16. And just because there is no CEL, doesn't mean the computer hasn't thrown any codes
  17. Actually, as I already stated, some of the newer, larger ATV tires are rated fore the weight.
  18. That was this one http://subarubrat.com/
  19. That grille will fit between the headlights just fine, but will NOT fit with that bumper. The Outback and GT style grilles need their own style bumper as the grille itself is taller, and needs the cut out in the bumper for it. So if you changed to an Outback or GT style front bumper, the grille would slip right on.
  20. A lot of the newer ATV tires are rated for a lot of weight, easily enough for an older Subaru. They have many in 14" rim size too.
  21. Not all OEM EJ axles are green. I have seen black ones, and they were OEM originals
