  1. I get mine over at Cut Rate Auto Parts on Capitol Blvd. in Olympia. If I was in Sacremento, I would call your favorite parts (auto) stores and ask for prices and makers. As sticker shock is setting in, quickly call the dealer and get a price, suddenly all the others will be a bargain. Then pick a brand name you trust.
  2. There was a guy on the old board (may still be around) Subystyles with a tricked out wagon with the RX kit.
  3. I have a copy of the instructions from the FSM I just threw in the garbage. I could yank them out and fax or mail to you. I could explain the process but it is lengthy. Personally I do rotate the engine simply because there is no positive mark at 6 o'clock to line up the cam. I think it's easier to flop the engine over once than do the job twice:-)
  4. I'll take it! er...that is if the other guys don't take it..Would really like to have that for my Brat:brow:
  5. I like the horizon stripe witht the targa stripe...
  6. I turned the wheel on my XT and it seems like it's 3.5 L/L and the GL is 3.7 L/L. I haven't looked in the FSM but will try to today.
  7. There was a dealer in Arizona or California that built a few, very rare. Richie has one as did somebody else too. Qman can fill you in on details about the origin. There are some picture floating around too.
  8. You guys should stay away from that stuff so early in the day:drunk:
  9. I'm pretty sure the clutches are the same diameter but the EA82 probably has a bigger input shaft.
  10. Replace (check) the horn fuse:D See other post: Help, car won't start.
  11. I didn't see PDX at the RallyX and didn't see anyhting on his site. http://www.pdxsports.com
  12. Andrew, what's your ebay name? I can tell by the picture of Tex's car, I'll need one too, looks like there are plenty to go around but I don't want to step on your bid.
  13. There was one on ebay awhile ago on a Bronco? frame. It was being sold as a unfinished project.
  14. Hey, even I can do that! I have two in need of repair...
  15. Matt, I'm interested to see you run the EA81 T. GLCraigGT, did I get to meet you down there? I saw your car, nice. Flow, it's cool to see you and Harpua do so well in N/A wagons. Hondasucks, clean runs are the key to winning!!! Calebz, Thats' cool, might be a little far to go for the day though They have a lot of road rallies up here too. Not sure if they are the smae but they also run what's TSD (time, speed distance) rallies. They have them evry Friday night in Seattle and there some that last all weekend too. It sounds like fun, alot of guys that don't want to get thier car dirty run these.
  16. Yes Brian, GOOD JOB! I thought everyone did very well and it was great to see so many of us there. My rookie season too and I can't wait till next year! DRX, You would have to be there to understand how much the track varied during different parts of the day. Early, before anybody ran, the field was very wet, so the early runs were slow but started getting better, till it rained then it was so slick, you could hardly walk on the track and some of the two wheel drive car were actually getting stuck. In the afternoon the sun came out and the wind was blowing and the track dried out nicely and got very fast, this was when the Justy ran. He's also a good driver. Doc, you would like this Justy, it looks like a RX, All white with white trim and white hubcaps, lookslike my cars kid brother.
  17. Matt, I'm just going be what's in your sig, or is melon just your nickname? The SCCA is looking for a venue for a additional 2/3 races next year so if anybody sees any big flat fields keep this in mind. I did email Wayne at Field Racing to see if he would consider inviting the SCCA for a couple events. It would be a great way to expose people to his place.
  18. No kidding, I wasn't even looking hard and noticed they spelled John's name wrong (how hard is it to spell JOHN?) and Eric's last name. Actually, I think they DID spell Matt's name wrong? Shoot Matt that's great in a car you've never driven before. The guy in the STI got 25th out of 25 (street tires and not counting the DNF)
  19. Thanks Ed and Craig, I removed the comma. Matt, your funny:wave:
  20. Hey Dante, you're welcome. One other thing I should mention, there are a few of those cars around right now reasonable so wait for a good one!
  21. Actually, I saw the November thing at http://www.fieldracing.com thought it might create more interest if packaged as a rumor. The filming information I did hear from you but had already forgot it:drunk:
  22. Nice work John, it was good to see you there...
