Seattle Trip Saturday
I'm heading up Saturday to pick up some items from edrach, I'm also thinking about heading over to Boeing Surplus too. Anyone else want to meet up for anything? Qman If you're are going to be around I can deliver your items too or I can leave them with Ed if it's cool with both of you.

EJ20t - VSS needed?
I'm pretty sure Subaru's curse control uses the same VSS and you could get cruse with an analog dash.

There is more then one haystack rock. The shot you're thinking of was shot at cannon beach, my pics are from Cape Kiwanda.

Nope, the scene you're thinking about was shot further north; closer to Astoria.

13 year old brake shoes!!AARRGGHH
The e-brake is on the front calipers on the early Subarus so if they were working fine when you worked on your back brakes they should still be fine.

Alloy Wheel Width
Ah this is good news, then. I shouldn't have too much of a problem finding alloys for the 165/80-13s I'm looking to get.
-
Alloy Wheel Width
Can anyone think of any subaru or aftermarket alloy wheels that have a wheel width of 5" or 5.5"?

please help. 87 soob wagon makin noise
If your 87 is carbureted, check the ASV silencers. When the ASV valve(s) fail they will take the silencers out with them and you'll get they type of noise that you're describing.

ngk's or oem? pcv valve?
The plugs that you buy at the dealer are NGKs however, Subarus that are assembled in the US get Crapions installed on the assembly line.

Do any of you recognize this tool?
Hey I have this Specialty tool and when I did a part number look-up on it, subaruparts.com only says it's an aligner; another reference I got elsewhere is that it's a cylinder head aligner for 1400 & 1600. So what is it really and do any of you actually need one? http://home.comcast.net/~c.moe/tool2.jpg http://home.comcast.net/~c.moe/tool1.jpg

If you want an EJ22, why not get a Legacy?
So with that logic, a 3,351 lbs WRX STI would be disgusting to drive?
