  1. heres a pic of a shaft thats way overkill as a visual aid it doesnt need to be much longer id guess 10mm or so. it depends how long the new arms need to me.

  4. are there longer axles fitted to any other car that may be adapted? maybe just the axle part itself, without the joints.
  5. people make them all the time. i actually think the stock ones look wimpy. how about a hiem joint for the frame side for adjustability?

  7. i think you would be wasting your time with the fuel tank. how warm does it get after 5 min? id install a fuel pressure guage next

  12. man what is it with fords and loosing brakes? its happened to me twice when i was driving a ford. once yes in a bronco the other time in a f350 dualie.

  15. what local distrubitors carry these. not advance, autozone, carquest, napa anyway im more concerned with the design diffrences. with fel-pro found to be inferior be searches on this board.

  17. ok who makes ea82 headgaskets theres fugi fel pro rol victor reinz someone else? traditionally fel pro have been a bit thicker than oem in many applications. i was wondering if anyone had compared gaskets to one another to see how the "crush" thicknesses compared. im postive they are not the same.
  18. can you remount the strut tops inward? what would happen if you just made longer control arms or extended the ones you ahve?
  19. mines been fine too but i carry the oem one along just in case
  20. usually they just need new brushes right? thats pretty easy to fix
