  1. I would say that you should come down so you can "feel" it , but that would sound sexual, dysfunctional and weird. LOL So, when ya comin down? LOL Don't know why you can't see the pics. MAybe you'll be able to see tha ones that I will post later on today. Gonna go to the junkyard today and see if I can rustle up a complete EJ harness front to back. I am in hopes that she looks cool, and most of all is functional, I've never trusted so much of my welding to one large project. LOL

  10. Welp. The long weekend ends with a mostly welded chassis front .I still have to final weld the transfercase crossmember mounts. I took out the windshield so I can eventually weld the inside cab stuff from the addition. And lets face it, Who knows if another will go in..LOL
  11. It takes 30 seconds to drop them with air tools and air tools. It can however turn into the worst thing you did because you don't have a full shops dispoal, or 20 yrs of wrenching experience. Something to think about. cheers
  12. I got some stuff done .But did not get it all done. I have to go back and fix a couple of clearance issues. But I pulled her out into the sun today. Thats how the day began...... Then I burned a whole bunch of spoob in.... i'll get more pics when I can.... cheers

The offroad FAQ is still kinda accurate sans BOSS stuff.
  15. Good work man! I'm getting back to work on mine soon too...
  16. Roll on liners are crap. They do not seal the metal and usually rust under neath.
  17. Scott makes good points. El Freddo is traversing lots of land at a time. We are trail riding. just saying
  18. Wood carpenter tool boxes work well, ammo cans , milk crates. Stuff your fluids in behind the wheel wells on either side of the hatch in the rear compartment. rags, softer goods and flatter items can be stuffed into the hatch itself. Mainly, use your head. You can stuff spoob everywhere if you really think about it. The most important thing is to lash it down so it doesn't codswalloping yard sale when you flip it , roll it, or wreck it. Bungees, tool boxes that are permanently mounted, and webbing are all very useful tools to keep headbangers at bay...
  19. Hells yeah.I'll be pluggin away this weekend.
  20. Well, there IS a reason that the spring hangers are shaped like they are... LOL To help slide over stuff. But bolt on is the way to go with no fab time.ALTHOUGH.With the skills of others around you it could take like less than a day to weld on new pieces. Cheers, either way it is an upgrade.I would just stay as low as you can for as long as you can. Nobody likes a weeble wobble lol
  21. broom handle, tool organizers.Found in the 'organize " aisle at the local hardware store. You know, for organization.
  22. Life happens. I should be getting back to her pretty quick.... cheers
  23. That is literally the next mod I might do. (French the hanger),Because I like the way the springs work now, they look like they're gonna flex really really well. So, I want to keep the springs as they are. If I had stock springs, I might run them. I have thought of going to stock springs up front too. Anyways. cheers
