Portland Meet and Greet Photos
It was my bright idea to take 4 instead I know when it rains part of 101 can have slides, didnt remember where so I figured 4 would be easier, dont have to worry about rocks and stuff in the road and blowing a tire. 4 just turned out to loop around quite a bit and my headlights suck, so I couldnt get much over 55

Portland Meet and Greet Photos
Ya, Austin got in pretty deep (in the water). The minute I saw that Honda Accord enter the beach I knew one of us was gonna be pulling him out I havnt hosed the car off yet, we were both WAY tired after getting home... it took like 3 hours to drive back to Beaverton from Long Beach (via Highway 4 to Longview to I-5 to Portland) Fun trip, I just wish the beach woulda been closer

can a 6ft4in guy fit in a sube?
I agree with the XT seat mod... I am about 6 feet tall and about 260 lbs. I can fit in the car either way, but I have room for a helmet for rallycross if I run the XT seats

gizmo between exhaust and engine?
LUKE!!! I've been trying to get ahold of you regarding some Weber carbs. I run my GL in the rallycrosses in case you didnt recognize me. Please e-mail me at the_great_mikeholio@yahoo.com

Window Replacement
The window may or may not be the same... I dont know if the glass is physically the same or not, but the mounting system on the rear windows and rear liftgate too I think change in 1990. So a 1990+ Loyale and an 85-89 GL will have different mounting styles (one easy to notice example is the GL's and their black D pillar. Loyales are body color)

SOrry for the crossthreading, but this needs to be seen. . .
How much longer after I left did it take you guys to get it finished up? The end result looks sweet
-
Attn Portland guys
I dont know exactly what the address is, but here is one that is close enough. 3001 Se Harrison St Milwaukie, OR 97222-6625 Its on the Northeast corner of the intersection: If coming from the north from Highway 99E (accessable from I-5) get off on highway 224 (milwaukee expressway) and make a left at the first light (Harrison St) Mikes will be on your left across from a 76 station. That should be enough info to get you out of towners here

Digi dash conversion
You nailed my idea perfectly! Thats exactly what I meant, but your pictures make it come together much better. I cant find my summit catalog otherwise I would give you some ballpark figures of what the guages go for
-
Digi dash conversion
In all honesty it may be easier to use digital guages from Summit Racing if you just want digital stuff for some reason. I think they are a little more universal in their hook ups.

Rally Justy! :-)
Time to wire everything with toggle switches and relays... then it would be a true rally car Now that I see its FWD though (didnt notice last time I looked at it), I say sell it as a commuter to someone
