  1. Ive pulled many a Offroad machines with a import pickup, with a 4 banger, usually the trailer & ORV weigh between 2,000- 3,000 lbs, need to remove all unneeded weight from these cars
  2. so if I took a modified vehicle un road legal to EC on a trailer , I couldnt run it? , whats up with Washington, Oregon is way more relaxed on the regs, in Ore you can get a ORV permit on a home built rig without proof of title, in WA you need proof
  3. bring your red chop back:brow:
  4. Air lockers Ej Power remove all un needed weight can you say lower gears!! desent winch or jack up the radiator cap and drive a toyota under it:lol:

  7. Ive had/seen no problem with 27" tires
  8. 3/16 wall will do
  9. last time we went out we used a good strap around a tree , a comealong on the car and a chain in between the strap and comealong, this way when you run out of cable on the comealomg you can adjust the length with the chain, the chain is good for that has no give. now when I pull someone out I use a 1/2" rope , its long and acks like a bungee cord which builds up pulling force, now if you want a winch look around for a used one , be less then 1/2 $ then new, I just picked up a 8,000 lb Ramsey for 300$ off creigslist, it has less then 1hr on it ,it does way more work then I could ever do with a good comealong, Im not going back
  10. we can run the winch cable threw the rear hatch and start pulling , come on over
  11. take a spare hub punch out 2 aposing studs , bolt up to your rim, use a transfer punch , punch it then drill the holes to fit over studs, enjoy
  12. when you go wheelin go with similar equipt vehicles and drivers , your group will only travel as quick as the weakest , least prepared

  14. Im running 27 x 15 SSR Swampers great tires , only complaint is the rubber seems soft and the tread seems to scar and I have a few chunks missing already not sure if the bias ply ones run harder rubber, If I bought a new set think I would look at the Kuhmos

  16. Happy 1000 to you the car is way wayyyy better with the weight removed, , and no tail out back , just mounted up a Ramsey 8,000 winch on front, and welded the diff, went up a spot I couldnt make befor with the open diff, this car will never be road legal, would like to build one similar thats road legal
