  1. Stock isnt to bad. There are some typical susp upgrades you can do that improve it so it will corner like its on rails.
  2. I believe it was Felpro, I think rockauto carries them. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=122485
  3. This was my last SVX, a 92 Ebony. I still miss it Handles like a big caddy. Power is on the upper end, floor it while cruising at 60mph and your hitting 100mph in nothing flat The nice part (maybe, this could get you in trouble) is that you dont even know it, its that smooth.
  4. I believe most auto parts stores have it. I'll try and get a brand name etc.
  5. I never had one leak or go out once I started using the gold spray on sealer. I just popped ring lands after that
  6. The OEM lens sits out from the base about 1.5in, so if you use flat glass you will need to find a shorter projector. The initial grinding started with 60grit discs and I worked my way up. Used lots of water also to keep it cool, if you dont the glass will crack from the heat.
  7. This is the skinny from Tirerack.com http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/techpage.jsp?techid=107
  8. Everyone (In the PNW) should have great pics tomorrow!
  9. The only thing I could find on the paper work was hidlighting.com. The ones in your link look pretty nice, but personally, I wouldnt spend that much money on a kit. The main factor you need to look for in fitting is the length of the projector. It has to be the right length to fit inside and not hit the glass. Easiest way to measure is take a light assembly, remove the bulb and stick a tape measure in thru the hole. Measure from the glass to the inside of the base. This will give you the length of the lens needed. Most of the manufacturers give dimensions of the projectors.
  10. Made in China! I cant get to the box right now, I'll check soon.
  11. I need to get a pic of my RX and another Gen 3 side by side at night. That would give a perfect example of the difference.
  12. You should bring it over again, this time I can take a look at it.
  13. All true, I had a Imp clutch disk in my EJ swapped RX using a XT6 PP and flywheel. But it didnt hold up all that well to the increased torque from my upgrades......EJ22T with TD04, etc. :-p
  14. May have a bad ground back at the fuel pump. Add another ground at the plug to the body and see if that works.
  15. Its obvious you have never spectated during "serious" offroading. I've had rocks chucked at me while standing on the trail from Subaru's sporting superswamper tires. This is also like going to a Rally X and working the course. You dont do something like this and not expect to have stuff flying around. Maybe you should have worn a helmet more often.
  16. Sounds like someone is jelly The whole buggy is a helmet for goodness sake! He didnt know his wheel was off because of all of the dirt flying, he thought he was stuck on something (little did he know it was his wheel)
  17. Um........wow. Is there such a thing as too much power?
  18. No need to, the end of the projector fits right thru the stock opening.
  19. Around $100......if the glass doesnt crack. Theres a risk when grinding and polishing.
  20. Memorial day weekend some where in central WA. If you look at Subinewbys avatar, he has the black lifted coupe.
