  1. JB weld will take care of that hole for good.I did that on mine and it is still holding strong.
  2. Looks really nice, but how does it drive? I love the placement of the bov,and that awic. The down pipe looks great as well. The all white color of your rx is different but in a good way.
  3. Yes!You used a bungee to hold the tank in place! Seems we think alike. I like the lights alot along with the squirters.
  4. Not to be an rump roast, but bungee cords work good in a pinch.
  5. That looks really cool.Total sleeper style to those who don't notice the blacked out huge monster intercooler up front.Looks like that car would be fun to drive.
  6. Nice looking brat!I love the engine even more! Just curious what jets(mains) and air correctors you are running in your 38dgas?I have the same carb mounted to my ported ea82 intake(destined to go on my ea81) so that is why I am asking.Any tips on hooking that one up as opposed to the standard 32/36 dgev?
  7. Exactly! An old hatch or a brat!
  8. Cool, looks really clean.I am sure it is nice to have the spare out of your bed especially when you want to haul other things around.
  9. Great to hear Mike!I am sure you will like the manual trans a heck of alot better than the auto. BTW-I have a couple intercoolers you may be interested in,if you decide you want to add that later on.
  10. I love that picture!Looks mean with no hood/bonnet on your brumby! Really nice work.
  11. Man are those sweet!I love the fact that you can change the color around like that and that they totally dissapear when it is off. Nice!
  12. Looks really nice! There looks like an awfull lot of work that had to be done. BTW- That is one of the biggest top mount intercoolers I have seen on an ea82t. What type of intercooler is it/where did you get it?
  13. 3rd times a charm! I think you should keep it.There must be some reason it keeps returning to you. I would just go out there and ask the car yourself if it is happy in your driveway.I bet it will say yes.
  14. Hey Yeti,I think it is strange that you have that issue. Allthough I do have trouble getting mine out of 4wd sometimes but I think a few adjustments with a hammer ought to fix it.
  15. What agressive knobbies are those in the picture Eric? Both tires are crazy looking! Nice going Ed!
  16. What kind?Have any pictures of the agressive tread?

Wow! Um, 35" super swamper boggers come to mind!
  18. I am pretty amazed that you made it come out that good, since it was that bent up to begin with. How did you get it to come back around taht well? I think you must be good with a hammer! Good job.
  19. If they are the gold ones they are definately worth grabbing. They might be either the snowflake type or the multi spoke one, either way they are pretty rare.
  20. Looks nice Jerry.Looks like you could crawl over little lowered honda civics all day long!
  21. Those wrx seats look great in your car. Those are the same ones that I put in my '86 hatch, and I love them.
  22. Ya I wrote him a PM so hopefully he already is pulling parts.Would love to see another rx in the area driving around.
  23. Just to give everyone the fyi, there is a white '87 rx at western auto salvage right off of federal. It has 180k and has quite a bit of rust.Transmission felt solid from what I could tell.Let me know if anyone needs some more info on any of the other stuff.
  24. I would start looking at the obvious stuff first like... -Vaccum hoses(cracks or broken ones or something disconnected.) -Air intake clamps(all tight) -nothing out of place or totally wrong. Will probly take a while hunting down the vac hoses but worth looking at.Also check the air and fuel filters and that should start getting you in the right direction.
