Oh, man. Superu - that's EXACTLY what I've been dreaming of for my '00! That's amazing. I love all the rad protection. Would you mind shooting me some specs on that thing? Mine will be slightly different, but...if you don't mind me copying your design a little bit, I want that!

we got the imprezza back together and fine, turns out the viscous coupler and the rear output gears that connect to the viscous and the driveshaft ALL had more teeth missing than a drunk hillbilly in a bar fight.

Hacked the tape input on my stock radio to add an aux in for my mp3 player.

I installed my 4" SJR kit and grabbed a front turn signal from the yard. Things are looking good for winter.

quoting TheLoyale's previous link: http://www.oregonoffroadsubaruclub.org/mudrat_index.html)

It's a Mudrat Design and Fabrications bumper. This was [i think] the 3rd or 5th bumper built and fitted on a car and also the first fitted on a sedan, back in 04?

It's not my design to copy.

For further protection and customization, I had the lower bar added later. You'll want to contact John, the mastermind behind this "Mudrat Baja" bumper.

(called Baja since it made its debut on the Rallitek black Baja)

Sorry this pic is SOOO huge, but scroll around and also check the above link

Actually this didn't weigh much. It was all the cut wood stacked in the back going up probably something like a 20% grade that killed it! :-\ She just would move.

as above, last week switched to snow tires, but what i didnt say was that i saw cords on the old summer tire, inner left front, all others were looking good.

So, went over to see if dad could get out his alignment rack.

first off, toe looked about .4 negative or so

right tire had -.8 camber

left tire had -1.8 camber

spec says 0 to -.75 give or take .o2

decided to only adjust front left got it to about 0

decided to leave the right side as it was, since the tire on the side had shown normal wear.

back over the toe machine. perfect dead on to 0

going to check tires soon and often for any wear

-need to go get tires balanced, or re-attempt the bubble balancer.

oh, changed oil in the SS also.

Today I picked up a new power steering bracket mine broke in half leaving me without any drive belt on the accessories. Additionally I picked up a front main seal and ordered intake gaskets.

Sent the rusted out hulk of the White '86 BRAT to the scrappers. Guy is to be back for what's left of the '88 Wagon.

Threw some odds-n-ends junk into both of them, don't look so much like a salvage yard around here now.

Wife be, :)

I'm paying too much to keep this thing really good i thinking about doing 92 octane from 76 and part mix E85 and bigger injectors

2" Convex Mirror. $1.97 at Wal-mart.

The '85 BRAT has some rectangular ones on the side mirrors, from a PO.

I hates them....... Right in the spot I want to look in to see where I'm backing into. Been better in the upper inside corner in my opinion.

Yeah it might have been more wise to put it in the upper left corner. it works ok for me, Its a small car anyway.
