No lift, but some people are interested in what fits without one, so here are 205/70/14s, with no lift, no bashing, and an ever so slight rub on the fender at full lock compressed suspension.

195/75/14s don't rub at all. The wheels are off of an older Dodge D50 (I think.)

6" lift, 15" re-drilled yotas, 29"x8.50" bias swampers, and 235/75 wildcat EXT's.

Front radius rods sleeved and extended 1.25".

FRONT: Removed valance below the bumper. Front of fender folded in. No (zero) cutting/bashing behind the tire, only rub ever so slightly at full lock when seriously off camber/stuffed.

REAR: Minor bashing in the front of the wheel arch, removed factory mudflaps. No rubbing at all, ever.

swapped 98' outback struts with a little pinch weld modification in rear very little plastic inner fender rub at full lock while suspension is maxed out and some inner fender rub when jumped. 28x 8.50 r14 super swamper tsls also have a set of 205/70r15 snow tires with no rubbing at all.

I want one of those bumpers for my 90 legacy wagon. They're fricken sweet. Where did u get it from. I wonder if i can mod it to fit my car or if it will just bolt in, that would kick rump roast :headbang:

mudrat in Eugen, OR

This one wouldn't fit the first gen legacy, but he'd build you one that would!!

Very neat.

How do these cars handle (especially the older GL's) around town? Do they feel unsteady when you hit something like a bump at hwy speeds?

My 86 kicks around alot but I would think that 27-33" tires would absorb alot more than the little 13" tires I have now.

3 inch lift all round

27 inch tyres on 14 inch scorpion rims of correct offset.

Some guard trimming on the front when I had desert rat rims.

Now some rubbing at full lock on chassis rails up front, only near the firewall though.

Honda civic front springs in the rear :D
