  1. i have not yet had the opportunity to drive any of the newer soobs, but am in the midst of an ej swap on my 86 wagon
  2. you might also want to try putting some GRAPHITE POWDER in the lock assembly.

  4. i just got an inner cup off a 91 legacy from the junk yard yesterday. it had an auto and 2 wd. i am going to put it on today.
  5. cool brumby, nice job on the conversion. hope mine turns out that nice.(2.2 into EA82 wagon)

  7. well after trying to find someone to fix my EA82 flywheel to fit my EJ22 motor i finally decided to f***in do it myself. it took me about 30 minutes to grind it out with a $20.00 tool i bought and someone let me use their die grinder. i just hope it actually works...if not i don't know what i am going to do. here's to hopin'
  8. try to match them, because a non turbo ecu will not work, fuel curve and timing control is different. good luck
  9. i went out in my 86 wagon a couple of weeks ago and made my blue car brown:headbang: . it was covered in mud and i can't figure out how to get pics on the board....

  13. i do not believe they are the same bolt pattern....could be wrong.....been known to happen.

  15. might want to make get a "GROUND KIT" from some where....have been told by several people that bad grounds make weird things happen.

  20. when u checked the t-belts did u change them or just inspect?
  21. hey erik it is more than likely the flasher heats up after a few clicks and then get stuck in the on position. bty...call me...i lost your number when i moved my desk.(suspect the wife threw it away) Dave
  22. i have one in my 86 wagon that is designed for the door but i lifted the shifter boot a little on the passenger side and slid it over the shifter console. i can't seem to get any pics on the forums so if you e-mail me @ 86ruguy@comcast.net i can send them that way.
