  1. Replaced the T-Stat and took off the dead electric fan. Also did some work on my brothers cutlass as well. Per usual my helper was there.
  2. Other possible problem might be the steel belt seperating but more then likelly a wheel bearing. I know this because mine humms along nicely.
  3. Wheel bearing, ive got the same thing.
  4. Im having the same problems. I replaced my battery last year. Used some vasoline (recomended) on the terminals. And i have corosion this year. On the same note, the battery in my wifes van failed the same time last year (-37). I bought a diehard from sears and got there instalation kit which included a brush to clean everything up, the red and green felt stuff to go undernieth the terminals and the spray. No corrosion for that one. I do however on my car have the corosion heading back into the cable so more then likelly i will need to hack some off or replace the whole thing. Ben
  5. Awww now i dont feel original, thats the paint scheme i was gonna use on my 14 aluminum pugs. What size tires u running.
  6. U know GD I have one installed there already. I dont understand how its suspost to work though, How can you flush it if it only goes one way.
  7. Its hot but i wouldnt doubt it needs flushed. Just one of many things i wont get to again this year.
  8. Just curious if theres airflow on the outside of the window as well as the inside. I only seem to have flow on the inside and im curious if its suspost to be on both. Takes a while to clean the windows up.
  9. You might want to make one up for the gen 2 brat guys.
  10. I got the bearing alright but stilling looking for a place to do it. The old man with all the tools that usually helps me doesnt work out in the cold. No mick in not talking about you.
  11. Only problem i can see is removing the castle nut since i put it back on with air tools and broke my socket wrench. Then also takeing off the special nut holding the axel on. Since i dont think its ever been taken off.
  12. Anyone ever try to remove this without air tools.
  13. I still need to do this, but sadly i dont know if its going to be this year. Things are humming along nicely back there:rolleyes:
  14. You are way to afraid to take your brat on a trail like that.
  15. Is it just me, or are people makeing this harder then it needs to be. I thought all you needed to do was raise your car off the ground. Allow the front wheels to hang free. Unbolt the top of the strut from the car so it hangs down a bit with the suspension. Stuff in the lift blocks then reassemble with longer bolts and your done. No i havent done this lift before but from what oneeyes descriptions are it seems bout that easy.
  16. Bump, No one answered my coolant temp sensor problem.
  17. Nope 1600 but lord knows what dennis has shoved in there now.
  18. Oh sheesh i didnt mention the best part, brand new tires all around. And its a wagon. If i get another car guido, well...................... and yea ej22
