Very nice. GC Imprezas are definitely my favorite!
  2. Soooooo, did you get it?!
  3. Or you could even just swap front to back like a rotation. But either way, it sounds like a good thing to try.
  4. Looks great! Might need some bashing! lol What size tires are those?
  5. I really want to have the Diff lock mod to my 98 Foz, I am just clueless when it comes to car wiring.
  6. And they look awesome. I think I have a set of these headlights too.
  7. There may be a "nut" that you can fit an open ended wrench on the back side of the sway bar. I almost think it's a 14mm. Slip the wrench up in there, and then use a wrench on the nut that holds it on. That's how it was on my FXT, and STi endlinks as well.
  8. Thank you! Definitely let me know. They shouldn't take up too much space!!
  9. Yeah if he is telling you upper and lower ball joints, than you may want to find a more Subaru specific shop. Subarus only have lower ball joints, and they can be had for less than $50 for both of them, one for each side. And the sputtering and low power you're experiencing, could just be a simple tune up, spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap. And there's a chance the fuel pump is getting tired, but not likely. They usually go forever, until they rust, which shouldn't be as much of an issue as it is around these parts with all the road salt during the winter. It really shouldn't take a whole lot to fix it.
  10. It doesn't have upper ball joints, and the few small things you have described wrong with it, are cheap, and easy fixes, especially on a car that is clean as far as rust goes. I say fix it! But that's just me. Sounds like it needs a tune up, which is easy to do, and the parts are cheap, and the ball joints are very inexpensive as well.
  11. The corner markers look like this. Same color as what the U.S. has, but the amber section is raised out.
  12. EA82/Leone front corner markers.
  13. I picked up a 2004 Polaris Switchback 700 with the 144" track! It's sweet. Take a look in my facebook pics and you will see it. I hope we get a bunch of snow this year!!
  14. Yeah the salt and calcium chloride they put down really sucks! I just remembered that you go snowmobiling too right? So I bet you're looking forward to the same thing I am! I actually just picked up a new (to me) sled.
  15. It's all one unit on a Subaru, so yes, the gear oil lubricates the tranny and the 4WD section of the tranny.
  16. Looks awesome! Jealous that you got snow! I hope the lake freezes and we get some snow soon!
  17. What about having it protect something like the oil pan? Run some tube down towards the front cross member on each side and then a tube between those that goes in front of the oil pan, and then a skid plate that bolts on that covers that space?
  18. Mine will be done soon hopefully, and then I have to wait for it to be shipped from rustfree land! I'm really looking forward to it.
  19. Really like this car. Great job on it! I can't wait to get my EJ swapped EA82!

  21. 99 is a different style auto transmission. It's a phase 2, or something along those lines and as you noticed the wiring is different.
  22. Rust, where in Maine did you find that?! Was it on craigslist? You got lucky!
  23. So I see on here that a few people run 27" tires with a 2" lift and don't have to trim or bash at all. Anyone have any info on that? I want to make sure before I make a wheel and tire purchase. I do not want to do any trimming, and definitely no bashing, but want to fit 205 75 15 tires with a 2" lift. If anyone has any insight, please let me know! Thanks I should add, this is on an EA82
