  1. Just got the same thing in the mail. It's amazing how well built it is for the price, and like you said, all grade 8 hardware included. Bill does great work.
  2. Careful of the turbo and motor on that Legacy!
  3. If you don't have to run it in the winter, then don't. The salt on the roads is a killer, even with lots of rust prevention, it will only slow it down, not stop it. But if you do have to run it, then just take as many steps to prevent the rust as possible, and wash it well after each storm dries up.
  4. They are the same. If they look different, it's because the pinch joint is spread part more on one set more than than the other.
  5. Ok so the same price as the bumper you already offer?
  6. Yeah, just like the front bumper in the pic I posted, I'd be interested in something like that. Feel free to pm me what you think it may cost.
  7. Well let me know details. I would be interested.
  8. What would be the possibility of making one of these for a front bumper? https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-Hnw7R4XxNQ4/UGc75UZJXAI/AAAAAAAAF0U/Og4fwSth1MM/s640/20120831661.jpg
  9. Yeah I might be interested. Pm me with da info about it. Thanks man
  10. Are you selling your lift kit you have now? Maybe I asked you this already. I haven't slept much for a while.
  11. I swapped ea82 adjustable struts into my BRAT a few years ago, top hats and all, had to drill new holes up top, but they swapped right in other than that.
  12. A huge key is to wash well after a storm. Wait till the roads have dried up for the most part, and then wash well! Up in the wheel wells, and the underside. But yes, a good coating of some sort of protectant is a must. I'd have to agree and say the Imprezas seem to rust a little faster, but they both seem to rust in the same spots. Rear quarters, and then down into the rockers. Good luck on your move!!
  13. And that's why I hate doing body work, because I always care how it comes out, so it takes forever.
  14. Just take your time with the body work, do good prep, and finish work, and then seal it up, and it will be all good. But patience is key! You can't rush body work and expect it to be done right and look right.
  15. There are all kinds on ebay. I'm sure any of them would be decent quality, it's not like it gets a lot of wear and tear. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trksid=p2047675.m570.l1313&_nkw=Subaru+BRAT+dash+mat&_sacat=0&_from=R40
  16. I had a 1" lift with my EA82 GL adjustable struts on the front of mine with the rear torsion bar cranked, and it still fit. So it still seems very strange!!!
  17. They came on 2000-2001 Outback Sports, might be able to find a newer one in a junk yard.
  18. That is very strange. I used the same driveshaft in my BRAT with a 5 spd dual range swap, and they are the same wheel base. Very odd.
  19. Do you need both? Or just one? And is that 15 a piece, or for the pair? I don't see why I cant hook you up.
  20. I agree. I love it when someone takes the time to do things right, and keep it looking as clean and "factory" as possible. Keep up the good work!
  21. I'm sure some of us do!! Haha
  22. Type propane conversion into the search bar. I just found a whole bunch of threads about it on all different motors.
