  1. All of the info can be found near the bottom of this page. http://www.cars101.com/subaru_legacy_archive.html
  2. I think that part is the same for all Subarus with manually adjusted rear drum brakes.
  3. Quit trying to tempt me into going next time.
  4. looks like fun but 6.5 hours of driving each way is a bit much for a rallyx is a bit much this time of year.
  5. I'm hitting the road in about 15minutes. See you all there.
  6. Sound good, I'll pick them up regardless of which Sub I bring.
  7. It's probably out of your budget but a turbo EZ30 in a XT6 along with a 6-speed and DDC would be quite the project.
  8. Looks like I'm bringing the Legacy again since I don't have snow tires for the GL Is there anyone else from around PDX going? We should discuss some kind of a convoy.
  9. From what I remember reading about the chevelle shock, you need to drill the holes out and rotate the top mount in the bushing. I don't think you can simply re drill holes either. Behind the stock holes there are a couple of weld nuts that you would need to account for if you re drill and I don't think you can get behind that piece of sheet metal with new nuts. Also didn't someone come across a Ranch shock for the Jeep TJ that will work?
  10. The only mod is an accell coil and I've been using it all season.
  11. There were a couple of AutoXs there in a 84 wagon that they picked up just before the event. Also my 7th run time is not posted for some reason. I had a 1:23.35 on that run.
  12. They don't even have all of my runs listed.
  13. The relays should be mounted next to the fuse box, under the dash and to the Right.
  14. I'm planning on leaving PDX around 7 a.m. which should get me there around 9:30 a.m. If the class shop gets the leak in the GL's new windshield fixed; I'm bringing it and I plan on some RallyX fun. If I end up driving the Legacy I'll probably settle for some right seat fun and help out. Oh I'm not too sure which way would be faster, taking I-5 to Hwy-18 or taking I-5 to Hwy-512 to Hwy-167 then to Hwy-18?
  15. Download the Rally America rule book and read through the section on roll cages. This should give you some good Ideas on what you can do with your hatch.
  16. If water is pumping out of the PVC hoses then it's also being pumped right through the oil return passages and into the oil pan.
  17. I emailed Paul Eklund aobut the RallyX at Subiefest. Tech starts at 8:45 and first car out will be about 9:30.
  18. my FSM Show 52 being "solenoid valve remains on". There is also diagnostic flowchart in the Emission Control section of my FSM. I can try to scan it if you need me too.
  19. I may come up for the rallyX then head back on Saturday.
  20. 87 GL-10s did not come with ABS
  21. Too many things to do, not enough vacation time available.
  22. The 4wd is engage by a syncro just like the rest of the gears. The only prolonged problem I see would be premature wear of the rear main-shaft bearing due to uneven loading. The Datsun 510 and 240z use the same rear diff without any problems.
