  1. hey Mcbrat, when I bought my coupe it was doing the exact same thing.....1 week later the alternator took a crap on me.
  2. the little tube off the BOV, does go to your intake manifold... if you search around on it manifold you will find a couple block-off bolts with a square head on it. un screw and attach a fitting to it, then plug in that vacume line.
  3. or you go to the junkyard and get some 2wd xt struts for $20:banana: and score coilovers off ebay for $8..*double:banana: * and yes im slamming the coupe. pics next week
  4. when i get back to portland i'll email you the vin for the rx that went bye-bye...i saved the doorjam plaque off of it

  6. DOH!!! i just moved back to bend for a month...and one of the few RX's has already been snached up.... let me know if you might end up selling it:brow:
  7. my .02 you got an xt. unlike us gl guys, you have the possibility of a front mount intercooler. remove you front bumper and take some measurements of what size you can fit..you may have to dp a little cutting, but it would be the best place for it as far as cooloing goes.
  8. ummmm i gave him directions to remove just the trim by his problem vent. he doesn't need to remove the dash.
  9. well you do not have to take out the dash for this...under you steering wheel there will be 2 pieces of plastic panels( where the fuse panel is)..you should have access to the cable for the vent. if you need to get in deeper> the plastic arount the gauge cluster and the driver vent is all one piece.. screws are: behind the dummy plate near the rear drefost switch behind the buttons in th e heater control(defrost and off) behinf the hazzard and fan dial "in" the cluster hole under neath the top part there will be like 2 screws under neath the where the power mirror switch is if you look up from underneath you sill see them anyone add if im missing anything
  10. nice work!..that little thing should have soo much torque in relationsship to the size of the car.
  11. hey all i was just wondering if there are any places that selll new carpet kit for the EA82.. i did a little searcing but all ifound was for the impreza.
  12. im going out of town to work for a month or so.... FM-you keep saying front suspension, but i thought you needed the passenger caliper. anyway i can have my brother drop it off at my house mid-december for me.
  13. i believe for the short shift you have to cut and re-wel the fulcrum(sp?) point higher up on the stick
  14. hey mike..i will be getting steering wheel adaptors for the EA82 come late december..if you need any tips with the rack, my whole system is yakima...
  15. so does anyone have a breakdown of exactly what years and models (nissan) this rear caliper will work..
  16. if you look on the intake manifold there will be a couple "dummy" threaded holes that have a block off bolt wiht a square head on it....unscre it and screw in you fitting there.. i too have an autometer, and it's not bouncy
  17. awesome... i have AOL IM it's subaruRXwagon my email is subaru_styles@yahoo.com

  21. lukas...yae finally someone near it....hey i got a real big favor to ask you...can you find out what the deal is with the bumpers..if they were aftermarket(who makes them) or something from the factory..also how hard is it to find EA82's in junkyards...I wouyld love to get some euro-spec parts. -Brad
