  1. How bad are the cracks? If they arent raised to bad they should be fine, they are real common. Look inside the exhaust port to see if there are cracks inside towards the valves. These are the ones you have to worry about, thats where the water jacket is.
  2. Yup, just condensation and quite common.
  3. Its not quite drivable, at least not that distance. But it is certainly towable. I know cause I've seen the car in person, also know the owner of it. If you can do this Pat, let me know. The owners name is also Pat, btw :-p
  4. Wow, does that stand out . For being yellow, it doesnt look bad at all.
  5. Wouldnt mind hooking up to say hi, after the first maybe. I'm just east of Tacoma and it only takes about 25min to make it to I-5 (or less )If thats possible, I'll give you my cell #.
  6. Will, I hate to say it. But your turning into a perpetual whiner And a post w#$%e
  7. Still? Not another T-Coupe Marks got a couple, but I think he has more RX's then anyone here. XT6's too
  8. I see you have a spot for photos on the spreadsheet. Do you want one? Also, is there anyway to put dates on each one, that way we know when they were added to the register. I would love to know where that 89 RX in Everett went to and when. Edit = I see now, looking back to 87 that there are pics. I'll send one to you Corky.
  9. Y'all forgetting my yard? Great, just what we need, another Sooby nut Welcome to the board.
  10. I will argue about it being the sexiest Soob. If I park my 89 XT6 next to my 89 RX, you can see what I mean. And white just isnt sexy. Now black.....thats naughty Nice car Brian.
  11. If there isnt one on the other side, same place, then its for making the car fwd. If you do have fuse holders on both sides, then the one on the pass side is for factory fog lights and the the AC.
  12. It could be that the flapper door that allows air to flow from the core isnt opening all the way. I'm having the same problem with my 86 T-Wagon, and havent got it fixed yet
  13. The server is down for maintnance You might get a little more umph if you get a better intake and exhaust. Maybe 2 1/2in on the pipe to a good muffler. Theres a few different setups for the intake, maybe some that have them will chime in.
  14. I had a cover on my 84 T-Coupe, it wasnt from this guy tho. But he does have a good feedback rating.
  15. Gary, thats just a side benefit along with the opportunity to upgrade shocks and struts.. The reason we do the 5 lug conversion on EA82 cars is so we can get a better wheel selection. The only wheels available in sizes larger than 13in are Puegeots, with the 4x140mm bolt pattern. Oh, and welcome to the USMB
  16. Thats a no brainer. Both being stock engines, the XT6 has 145hp compared to the RX @ 111hp.
  17. I still have a few permits available, if anyone wants one before Xmas let me know soon.
  18. Just start the engine after pouring in the PS fluid. After you get a half bottle in, turn the steering wheel to both stops a couple times. Repeat as necessary.
  19. Not to bad looking, can you get some pics in the sunlight?
  20. Heres a few pics I took. I wish I had taken some out on the roads, it was gray but beautiful. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/photos/showphoto.php?photo=3026
  21. If you want to make a detour to the south, sure. Come thru Bonney Lake and see me and Qman maybe?
  22. Wow, big improvement! And the grill is off of...something else
  23. Replacing the front bumper, right headlight bucket and hood on my XT6. I have decided that replacing the bumper was a bad bad bad idea. I have a bra for it and should have used it, but it was slightly hit on the right side and was pushed up and in. This caused the right light bucket to not operate all the way open, which pointed the light at the ground in front of the car. If anyone ever thinks of doing this to thier XT, I suggest a big dose of patience and time. I wont get into the gruesome details, unless you plan on doing it (PM me). But lets just say it almost requires a full disassembly of the front of the car. That, and putting the studs on the T-Wagon for the Xmas tree run tomorrow. And the RX sits, still :-\ Waiting for $$ to do a legit transplant. Oh, and relax some playing with the puppy
  24. Please Control your self. Brian, I think its pretty mundane. Put a hood scoop on it It would look neat with black skirting and wing.
